On the 30 September 2024 I taken my vehicle to Bluff Tyres Pinetown to have my alignment done. I been observing the screen indicating my camber been out of range however the technican completed the alignment inspection and switched the screen off. I approached the technician and questioned him about the camber adjustment that was not properly done. The technician told me that the sun rays was shining on the alignment sensors that caused an out of range indication. The technician was also incapable of giving me a printout indicating to me that their printer was out of order. I called the owner at Bluff who never answered my call but he read my watsapp message and also never rep****. I then proceeded to Tiger Wheel and they aligned the camber perfectly. Service of this nature is totally unacceptable and misleading to customers who are not knowledgeable.
I have completed a RSA Retail Savings Bond application on the 18 June 2024 and emailed them for an acknowledgement of my application before I transfer funds. I have received no reply and I now emailed janet.brewis@treasury.gov.za who I believe deals with compliants and I have still not received any reply from her as well. Their 5 year fixed rate is very attractive however without getting any response from them on an application I am despondent to be invested with them for 5 years with this kind of service.
Good day I have made a reservation on the bookings.com website that stated last room at this price. The booking was for 2 adult 2 nights at R1700. The moment I furnished my credit card details I received an email confirming the reservation for 1 adult 2 nights at R3400. This is now a non refundable reservation for any cancellation. This is totally misleading. I have responded to booking.com immediately because my booking is for the 23 June 2024 and I urgently await their reply
You only find out how good an insurance company is when you make a claim. One of my experiences was today with my burst gesyer. I am impressed with the way Fiona Saib handled my claim and ensured that my geyser replacement was completed today. I am with Momentum (from Alexandra Forbes) for the past 12 years due to Fiona's continued efficient service. Thanks and keep up the great work.
Impossible to get anyone from Computershare to call back or respond to emails. I have been trying to log in , but the site will not recognize my password . And neither does it reset! Absolutely no response from e mail or Phone message, PATHETIC SERVICE! I have a portfolio for 2 decades and am considering moving.
