Just got ripped off by Wex1 because of their poor administration. Patrick and Richard ignored my communication with them regarding a booking change until I arrived and then now it is my problem. On top of that, the toilet had **** and wee on arrival... There was no coffee or tea as usual. The kitchen was missing a few key cutlery items too. The place is also starting to look run down a bit as well. Management ineffectiveness and shortsight can ruin a good business.
So I booked a room a Hotel Sky in the early hours of Saturday morning to catch some sleep before sunrise and avoid driving home tired. Then I get told I must pay an extra R550 because check-in closed at 14h00? Seemed very odd and was disappointing but I had to pay anyway. I asked them to show me these terms and conditions on booking.com where I had made the booking but they could not.
I need access to my money and I'm outside the country (Mozambique) but FNB app keeps on saying 'This transaction is not permitted on one of the specified accounts'... This is so frustrating. Can someone please assist me via whatsapp call or email or call me directly.
Really struggling with the response speed from this ONE Insurance now that I am making a claim. When I was signing up they were too fast for me now I have to chase them around for weeks on end. Are they even legit? I don't know anymore.
