I just ordered a family feast for delivery at KFC Westgate Mall in Mitchells Plain. This was lunch for my doctors practice, that work so hard during the year. The deliver with no coleslaw. I added a cooldrink with it, that was not delivered either, because they forgot. Such poor service!!

Your service is beyond pathetic, before signing up with this company I would suggest contacting their technical team first. Chances are that anyone answers are slim to non. But wait, call their sales team, a 0.1 second wait time! This clearly shows you that once they make you sign on the dotted line, you’re on your own after that!!!! There is no aftercare service at all!!! Customer service NON existent!! Do not sign up with this company!!!!!

The service levels on getting through is ridiculous. I've been on hold for 30min. The chat service is worst. They respond after 5hours...what the hell kind of business is this. I've been with you for 5months, i just can't with you guys anymore!! My machine just stopped working during the busiest time of the month!!! You are inconveniencing my client and my business as a whole!!!! And your customer service is non existent!!!!!
I woke this morning in a great mood. That was before I had the displeasure of coming into contact with a cashier by the name of Chuma. I got to till 5, very chirpy, greeted, she never greeted back, I asked her how she was, she just stared at me, I thought okay it's probably too early for her. let me just let her be. After scanning my items, I asked her if she had R10 notes for me, her response: " No it's early I don't have" I then asked if anybody in the store would have, she still said no. No attempt to even ask anyone. I told her I'll pack while she checks, she didn't even want to check. She just through the bag there on my goods for me to pack. I told her I'll go ask someone and if she could please pack the bags, she literally rolled her eyes at me. I was so confused by her attitude. I got another staff member and asked her, I didn't get her name, she had no tag. She went to the store manager, Johan, oh man what a friendly guy. He has the warmest smile, and without hesitation he sorted it out for me, no questions asked, no attitude, just friendly service from him. And even after he tried to source it, and if he had come back saying they don't have, I would be okay, because at least he made an effort. However he asked another chap to check at the tillpoints for the notes, such a gem. So rude, unfriendly Chuma was asked to open her draw and wow, she had R10 notes to last a lifetime. She was only willing to give 5, and I was like okay he will get the rest. While I waited for him to get the notes, this unfriendly uncouth, disgusting person, decides to DISCUSS ME WITH ANOTHER CASHIER, WHILST I'M STANDING THERE, IN MY PRESENCE!!!!!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!!!! SHE DIDN'T EVEN CARE!!!!! NOT KNOWING I UNDERSTAND HER LANGUAGE!!!!!! AT THIS POINT I WAS SOOOOOO ANNOYED AND DISGUSTED BY HER TREATMENT OF ME SINCE I GOT TO THE CHECKPOINT. I REALLY DID NOT DESERVE IT MAN, REALLY I DID NOT.....I FLIPPED!!!!! I bought 15 unsliced bread at your Shoprite store the day before, as I work in town, 2 days a week. I needed the R10 notes to give with the bread to the homeless to get a cup of soup with the bread. I was so happy when I walked into your store, and I'm literally in tears right now, because of 1 person who I allowed to upset me. She should not be in the customer services industry, really:-(
