I have contract with MTN for 2 devices,according to my contract I signed it stipulated that I will be paying using debit order method,debit order must run on the 15th ,today is the 20th.MTN decided not deduct my account.I tried to call them on the 17th of January,I was told that they will do so on the following day.I tried to email they,their email not going through.today I spoke to one of their consultant and the answers she is giving me is like she is not even sure.MTN want to ruin my credit health.
I’m so disappointed with Nedbank,there is authorised mandate of 3999 from Nedbank personal loan which I didn’t approve .I have lodge a complaint with them and one of their consultants told me not worry cause it won’t deduct.my questions was that why did it lend there in the 1st place I dont have loan .i didn’t get answers because they know is an inside job .I have already cancelled my policy with them because they cannot be trusted.im closing my account
I went to Nedbank mams mall . Customer service is very very poor.. the queue outside for enquiries was so bad…the staff were on strike since there were no customers inside..we were all waiting outsider..
I’m still waiting for my refund, they are so greedy.my money was taken on 13/11/2025 even today I haven’t receive my money..never share your account details with this people.because you will regret.they are de*****ing people hard earn money.
I’m extremely disappointed with ISABEL GARCIA service.on the 29/10/25 I tried to cancel my contract, and they agreed, on the 15/11/2025 they deducted my account with R332.when I asked for my refund they delayed and dragged their feet. It been nightmare trying to get my money back.they are also refusing to remove their Debi check mandate on my account since my bank said they are unable to remove it.TODAY IS THE 20/11/2025 and my problem not resolved.
This company is a ****,after trying so hard to cancel my subscription with them with their delaying excuses. I tried all sort of communication and they responded to my emails that they will never touch my account…here they are, my account was deducted by this company,I’m being forced to take something that I no longer interested in. I want my money within 24 hours.
I join Isabella Garcia on the 09/9/2025 and I haven’t received anything from them and they haven’t deducted any cents from my account,so I decided to check their reviews later after signing,the reviews are not impressive so I decided to cancel my membership with them via emails, no response from them from 29/09/2025 till to this date.. they don’t pick up their calls…I cannot risk to deal with this kind of service provider…communication channels are too bad

I have home wifi with Vodacom,I have never skipped any payment,I’m paying R445 every month, suddenly they to to R885 .I lodged my complains with them ,to their response I was told that the Vodacom deducted the right amount on their side.the person didn’t show any interest in helping with my issue.
I have problem… gems owe me a refund of R12000 because the were charging me more than the amount I should be paying. I submitted all the documents needed, I was promised to be paid within 7 days since July to this day.. I don’t know how many 7days passed , I even lost count of how many documents I have a sent.
