This company is just amazing!!! They are there for you whenever or whatever, I have been with them for a while now and I referred my husband to them, he had so many problems before and this company took over and it was sorted in 24 hours!!! The staff and the communication is top notch!!!!! New Debt Plan.........where you get peace of mind from honest amazing people!!!!!!
Why don't I have authority over my account, I pay the monthly fees, but I can't decide what happens. Why?? Why if a debit order was wrongfully deducted and I want to stop it I get told to contact the service provider because they have blocked it, is it their account, or mine?? This is unacceptable honestly!!
I am sending this on behalf of my husband, these people have been taking money from him for months and none of his stuff is getting paid, and he never gets a statement or anything from them, all his debtors are phoning or sending emails of no payment. The person he deals with is Simone, so now i am going to report this company to carte blanche and on every platform available, these people are taking money from hard working people promising them help but the only help they give is to help you fall deeper into debt. We trust these companies with our money and believe them when they say it is sorted, don't worry......but the worry is just more and bigger now. My husband even felt like comitting suicide at one stage because he could not see a way out of this situation, i mean seriously, do these people even care how they can destroy other people's lives. My husband has sent another request, let's see if there will be a response.......
I can't deal with this anymore......why don't you just take everything i have while you are at it. Every day i go to check what is happening in my account it just goes into minus more and more and more and more, one would think that the bank that you have been with for years would actually have a record somewhere in their system of the date your salary has been paid in for the last 8 years, one would think, but noooooo let's make sure that the client's account goes into the red rather, let's penalise the client R105 on a R2.50 FNB service fee, that would be so much fun.....let's do that again tomorrow for another fee.......maybe i should just kill myself, maybe that would help......
And there we go again, FNB allowed debit order that was sgopped and shows that it is suspended on the debicheck mandate to go through, i drew my money out of my account after my debt restructuring company got their money because i just knew that this would happen, and then they still took their penalty fee yet again.......wow, that is all i can say. Thanks FNB......That is awesome!!
I would like to understand how debitorders are allowed to go through my bank account 3 days before the agreed upon date for them to go through and when you try to stop them or dispute them you are not allowed to, and then you have to wait 24 hours for it to reflect, but it shows on the app and it put my account in the red plus I will most probably have to pay the penalty for insufficiant finds.... is it not my account and do i not have any control over it?? What is the point of the app and the notifications if you still have to wait 24 more hours.....I have banked with them for years, but i am sorry to say this, this is not acceptable, I had to put myself in debt councelling, that was embarrasing enough, everybody at some point in their lives goes through struggling times, I am stressed out and had to move my mother-in-law into my home to take care of her, so imagine getting a notification that your bank account is over R5000 in the red.....before your salary is even paid in. I don't get how they are allowed to do that.......and then it is impossible to cancel it. They even take my bankfees way before payday which also negatively affects my account......i am very confused, does the control over my bank account not belong to me? 🤷♂️😭😭😭 what do i do......i cannot take all this stress anymore.....i understand that insufficiant funds on payday is my fault, but taking it 3 days before payday and that after i am in debt councelling and they have negotiated and agreed on lower instalments.....nah, this is not right.

I have never seen a bank that is so laid back with handling fraud reports. How can a transaction that you have reported rightaway and stopped your card immediately go trough two days after you have disputed and reported it. PATHETIC!!!!! And then you have to sit and wait for how ever long for the "investigator" to contact you. Just wondering if these bank emloyees even know how to stop a card or handle a dispute. This is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional!!!!! Letting a transaction go through TWO DAYS after disputing and cancelling your card.....PATHETIC!!!!! But when you order a new card the cost of that card gets deducted immediately......shows you.....AS LONG AS YOU MUST PAY THEM THEY ARE QUICK.....BUT IF YOU NEED QUICK ASSISTANCE......NO SUCH LUCK!!! VERY DISSAPOINTED. FNB.....HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? SURE, THEY WILL HELP YOU WITH A LOAN OR POLICY BECAUSE IT FAVOURS THEM......BUT WHEN I NEEDED HELP........NOTHING AND DON'T CARE, HOW CAN YOU TRUST THEM TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CUSTOMER'S QUERIES GETS HANDLED!!!!! I have been a client for many years and to find out that my interrests are not important........dissapointed beyond belief!!!
