Outstanding service. Attempting to navigate the process for the first time was a disaster. So I turned to Taxtim. I also had issues with the process (more from my lack of understanding than the Taxtim process), so I reached out to them for assistance. I won't mention the lady's name, in case it's inappropriate, but she was outstanding - I must have contacted her three or four times for assistance, and she always responded timeously, and with the right advice. Re Bakers Biscuits. The taste/quality of Bakers biscuits (I can only comment on my favorites - Red Label Lemon Creams, EET-SUM-MOR, and Betta Snack) has not changed IN OVER 40 YEARS. In a World where it seems that service, work ethic, and product quality seem to be on the decline, this has to be an outstanding achievement. Life throws many challenges at us, so thanks to you for giving me something to ease the stress... Richard
Has anyone heard of TC PAY SOLUTIONS? They just withdrew R2000 from my bank account. I have no idea who they are. I have no idea how they accessed my bank details. Many thanks.
Has anyone heard of Blu Deals? They just sent a message to me via my cell phone. I have no idea who they are OR HOW THEY GOT HOLD OF MY CELL NUMBER. I'm not impressed. Is this in violation of the RICA act? Many thanks.
I can't rate the service, because there is no service :( I've been with Standard Bank over 30 years. My credit card expired, so I asked them for a new one. I contacted the help desk, and the lost cards divisions. No Response. So I started forwarding the email to every Standard Bank address I could find - local and international. It's been over 40 days now, AND STILL NO RESPONSE... Please, someone, anyone, send me my new credit cards... Thank you.
