Got a call back from Astin Moses and she was absolutely amazing. Explained everything in detail and even help me by getting a lower premium than what I was expecting. Great service all round. Super friendly and helpful in every way.
Ordered an item online paid it online. Got a confirmation email of the purchase and then an confirmation that the item is being shipped. And thats where it ended 2 months ago. This is an absolute ****. The email address now says it does not exist when following up on your order. Please do not buy anything from this place you just end up losing your money.
Bought a house from Noel Smeda at Remax. We received a snaglist where all is working. Once we went to check ourselves we started to make a list of all that is not working according to their list. Soap and toothbrush holders missing that were there, irrigation system not working. Toilet seats needed to be replaced. Pressure pump not working had to be fixed. Garage motors not working needed to be replaced. And batteries to be replaced as they cant open. Alarm system not working had to be replaced. Aircon unrepairable had to be replaced. Blinds not working needed to be replaced, drains blocked with mud, rocks and cement. And all the corners of the walls inside the house damaged due to seller moving out their furniture. Now before registration we requested the sellers assist with payment of these issues, due to the snaglist saying they are in working order. Remax Hartbee****rtdam stated there is a difference of what you see and what you get in reality and refuse to assist with damages payments of about R150 000. I would highly advise buyers to go through a house yourself once buying as the snaglists are not what you get when you sign for a house. Especially when buying a property from a deceased persons trust. Create your own snaglist before signing as it will cost you dearly in the end. Before you sign they are more than willing to assist everywhere, but once you've signed they barely communicate back.
Please do not use these people - HUGE ****MERS!!!! claim to be in 13 Ring Road George industrial in Western Cape but confirmed with surrounding shops no such place there. The building belongs to George Herald newspaper. Spoke to Gumani - who when asked about this and told him we will be adding them to Hellopeter claims we shouldn't bother as he is already on there. Please be careful.
I wanted to share the bad service received from this company, We requested a quote on a generator from Highveld company Pty Ltd and they referred us to investors depot containers as they had no stock for silent generators. We then contacted the investors depot and got no feedback at all. once we followed up as we wanted to view the product they sent invoice for R33 925 from Soyebali Mahmadbhai. We then again requested to come and view to ensure it is the generator we are looking for as this price did not make any sense as the cheapest one in SA for this particular generator we are in need of is over R100 000. Soyebali then sent a snarky reply stating that we pay 50% deposit or nothing and that he is to busy. My fiance then made a remark that they seem like ****mers and Soyebali then sent a message back stating "I will be using the picture of you and your cheating wife for **** alert" and sending the picture of me and my fiance back to us. This is highly unprofessional and seriously concerning that a company can do this and expect people to support them.
once again we have requested feedback on our refund as the product was ordered in August and still no refund this is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! The worst sales man is Sello as we hear only excuses!!! Now the reason for no feedback is a covid outbreak in the office??? and they are on temp staff. Now the excuse is COVID once again as for all the other 1000 excuses given for the product delivery delay. I absolutely tell everyone to avoid this store as we have had first hand experience with the worst service ever. They say 24 hours to 48 hours for feedback and its 3 days later still nothing. RELIABLE STORE????? THERE IS NOTHING RELIABLE ABOUT THEM AT ALL This is why you have over 700 1 star ratings. Never again
RELIABLE IS NOT EVEN A WORD TO USE FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!! We ordered this product on the 10th of August, and it was paid on the very same day. They confirmed that it would take 7 to 14 working days, and the product was needed by the 30th of August for the people we arranged to install the product by then. By the 22nd of August they said the order was processed and is ready to be shipped and at customs. Then by the 25th of August they stated the product is STILL with customs and will be made available in the next week which was the first week in September. Which was already late as per the arrangement made with installers for 30th. By the 9th of September we requested again and no feedback. By the 11th of September we requested again, on the 12th we got feedback of a tracking number, and that the delivery will be here in the next week….. By the 16th of September we requested a refund as by then it STILL has not arrived and no movement on the tracking. Then they reply and state that it will be here is another 7 to 10 days. This gives us a total of 37 days for one order to be delivered and there is no guarantee that we will not get another excuse for this not to be here. I cannot stress this enough of how people should not use this company as they are full of empty excuses and when requesting the refund they tell you to be patient after 28 working days and to also inform you it will take another 7-10 working days for the refund, but when you pay they need it immediately. If you are thinking of ordering a product from this company please phone Jasper on 078 534 4940 to get info on how they work and how you wait weekly for a new reason as to why it is not delivered yet . We worked with Sello Ranthako and every request you send has an excuse weekly.
Service at Haval is Degrading even more by the day. I was asked to assist Roland (Think he is the manager) at Richards Bay. He is battling with Haval himself and asked me to help him and phone customer care and tell them that the dealer is not getting feedback from their parts department on the clutch plate kit for a 2021 model with no guarantee on it. The guarantee only last for 1 year or 20 000km. The bakkie has ONLY got 29 000km on the clock. I then phoned them on 010 880 2366, where a lady answered on Thursday the 7th of July 2022. She said she would get back to me on the same day. But here we are on the 12th of July 2022 and still no feedback received. This is such poor service I don't even have words to describe this anymore. NOW I ASK YOU, WHAT ARE WE TO DO NOW??? IS THERE ANYONE THAT CAN GIVE US ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO NOW??? As we are not getting any help or answers from NOBODY at HAVAL.
