Best electric Eersteriver is the baddest on client serivices. Struggling since October 2025 with them to help me as i bought and expensive bed by them that was broken in 4 months time i spoke to the manager Mary and she said she'll also follow up the complaint was submitted still nothing they phone me everytime to say i qaulify for credit but they cant assist me with this broken bed payments are deducted on time even today they did a deductiom without permision i really need this to be sorted out as i feel like theu can come fetch their bed and remove the remaining balance from my name that bed sleeps so poor your body is sore in the morning i feel like buying an blow up mattress and sleep on that they sell expensive beds that isnt even worth it im very cross i told my husband to go take their bed back by this weekend they dont even respond but the manager saw the picturea and was also socked saod its very bad

On the 13th April 2025 around past 7 before 8 I wrnt to checkers for the whole chicken special they only had 1 and i decided to buy r60 loose pieces together with the whole one I got home and we had supper but the looses pieces ecspecially the drumsticks tasted rotten and im very dissapointed because i had a piece and taste it doe not taste right then my friend came and told me his drumstick does not taste right i need to keep the slip for just in case he get sick and im not very happy with this
I am very dissapointed in webafricai moved houses and i contact them that i moved they checked and said that the address and details that i give them is not mine but it was the address i used when i lived there i dont have wifi at the moment for a month now and now they deducted R429 for wifi i did not use i just want my money back because when i asked them to move my unit to where i stay now they said its not my account how do you deduct out of my account now after they said thats nor my wifi
I'm very disappointed,I went to Hungry Lion for the Wednesday wings of R95, They told me the price went up its R99 I said its fine and asked is it the 20 wings they said yes I told them I'm not talking about the zamba wings I want the normal wings they said yes I told them 3 times because I saw they have a r99 zamba wings special with chips and that I don't want the strong wings I want the normal ones that I purchased each week they said yes when I got home it was zamba wings it was so strong that me and my son couldn't eat it I had to cook other food
Hi goodday I took out an contract with blue lable connect it was a faulty device ik struggled for more then 3weeks to get hold of them they deducted r379 for an R1900 phone for 24 months I reported them on this site and the hot back to me telling that the courier will collect and phone is canceled a few days after that their send msg stating courier will phone me with date and time collecting courier did not contact me according to time and date and just pitched up I was still struggling with deleting my personal stuff due to phone freezes every time I asked him for a min but he went and said hell cone back next day its almost 2weeks later and the phone was not collected I'm changing my banking details coz they just deducting
Good day I put an complaint in about blulabel connect that im paying for an faulty device thats freezing and resetting they replied stating theyll contact me yet nothing happend and im very unhappy for this because its alot f money for faulty device
Im very unhappy with blue labels poor service when I wanted to take out an contract phone they were all over my phoning phones several times a day I was approved same day and received the phone 2 days there after but did not get use the phone when I opened the phone and started using I saw that this phone is freezing and its restarting self and then it says restore factory settings I emailed several times yet no respond I phoned and they said they can't give me another phone I have to cancel the contract then theyll collect the phone its 18 days later still no communication or collection they deduct R379 this morning and I'm very unsatisfied because I went to do research about this phone ppl can't help coz its not on market its a chinese phone
I installed my wifi in January 2022, I've been paying every month, this month I paid on the 4th of April, I accidentally paid to the wrong reference number, I called in to them to advise what happen and to find out how to just transfer the amount to the correct account, this hasn't happened, I went to Woodstock and spoke to the branch manager Dilshaad and it was said I will get an email the same day and the service will be activated in 24 hours which is today yet nothing, I'm struggling so much with getting in touch with them in general, when I call I get transferred from department to department and get placed on long holds, I'm really not happy, this is my money they playing with. They not coming with a proper solution and I've been struggling since the 4th of April with no satisfaction and terrible customer service.
