BAD SERVICE
VERY BAD SERVICE.... I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 WEEKS FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY PRESENT. STILL NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS.

This company is a fly by night company, they open accounts and the physical address do not exist. They are non existent, they also go by different names which one is SM Traders. DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNTS FOR THESE PEOPLE

MAX LAW IS BAD PEOPLE WHO TAKE YOUR MONEY
They phoned me and sold me this whole sun shine and roses thing for a once off fee, after having to wait weeks just for credit report i find out that the money they debited my account with is just for that report and not even anything else, i was just told that there are more payments scheduled for my bank account. these people lie and steal your money so watch out. ITC charges like R90 or so for a credit report and these robbers charges R750. its ridiculous.

SONY Z3 DAMAGED SCREEN
I took out a contract by Cell C which had excellent service until my phone front screen shattered and was sent in to Cell C repair Centre, I was told that this phone went to Sony. they did not say it went to an authorized repair centre of Sony... so<br> 1. they Lied to me from the get go<br> 2. After 2 1/2 weeks and ME having to phone after everyone's asses I get told the phone is going to cost me R 4500.00 to fix. <br> 3. up till today I have had no SMS nor telephone call to advise me of the phone status.<br> 4. I have 70 pages of Sony Z3 screen complaints. whereby people all complaining of the same stuff, the screen has hair line cracks and when you push on it the screen shatters.<br> 5. I find it appalling that this is the kind of service given to new customers.<br> <br> With regard to my phone still being at SSS in Boksburg no one has even bothered to advise me exactly what is wrong and what happened to my phone, they just quick to say it was manhandled.<br> <br> I use this phone as a business phone and you can imagine the loss of income while no one can get hold of me. I am not leaving this matter here.. Social media is a wonderful stepping stone.... and that is NOT a threat.

SONY EXPERIA Z3 FRONT SCREEN SHATTERED
I took out a contract out at Cell C a SONY EXPERIA Z3 which I wanted after seeing the drop test and water resistant tests done. This phone is not even 2 months old anyway upon taking my phone out to take photos at an accident scene the whole front glass shattered and the touch screen no longer works, I phoned Cell C immediately and advised them, they instructed me to send it to their repair center which I did. 1 1/2 weeks later I phoned to find out what has happened with my phone, I was told it has gone to SONY.... 2 weeks later I phoned again and still no response so I took it upon myself to phone Sony direct. Sony said they would come back to me regarding the phone. 3 weeks later i am told by cell c that it is going to cost me R 4500 to fix my phone which made me highly pissed off. I phone Sony Direct again only to be told that my phone was never sent to them but to SSS in Boksburg where it is currently lying waiting for me to authorize the repairs. I will not pay R4500 to fix a screen which I did not break. I have over 70 pages of complaints regarding the shattered screens of the Z3 from all over South Africa, I think it is sad there is no help and communication from Sony.
