I experienced theft at San ridge branch where a cashier was *****ing money. I wrote an email with no response. Im not sure if we should consider that normal.
I booked a locker on 13 September 2024 19:42. My pin was expiring on 15 September 07:42 as per the sms' and what i received immediately after booking a locker. Then i went to deposit on 15 September 07:20. I couldn't because the error message indicated that pin doesn't exist. I immediately contacted Pudo via WhatsApp. Unfortunately there's no assistance there. Then yesterday i managed to talk to someone via email. On further enquiry i was informed that my pin expired 15 September 2024 06:01. I was adviced to make another booking. My question is why did my pin expire prematurely and why are the agents not using their heads and just calculate 36hrs because im being told that the time is correct
I first would like confirmation if you use 2 people to deliver because 2 people delivered my sim cards yesterday. The most disturbing one..as i go out to sign for my parcel then the 'assistance' was coming to me asking to use the bathroom. What kind of conduct is that that you want to go into my house when you know I'll be outside? Why would one pass all the public toilets and decide to leave their load in someone's private space? Im concerned about my safety as i was outside with the stranger in the house alone.
Lovisa Middlerg mall Mpumalanga. Today, Sunday 26 November 2023 around 3pm. I bought kids earing that had a 50% black Friday sticker. The till didn't apply the 50% discount. Cashier informed me that some 'Black Friday Stickers' are put in places where there is no sale and also it might be that the sale has ended. Unfortunately she can't give me 50% discount as the discount is not on the system. I wanted to pay with 50% off as per the sticker. How does the special end at 3pm? I guess im protected by the CPA and the false adverti*****ts is also non compiance to CPA. I want those earrings on half price
On 3 June 2023 i bought a meal with 2 full chickens at Galitos Middelburg. One chicken was missing 1 piece, i called and raised my concern. They apoligised and delivered a quarter chicken. What puzzled me out of all this was when the lady at Galitos said to me what i might not qoute verbatim 'ma'am you cant say 2 pieces are missing, atleast 1'. How does she know that 1 piece should me missing? Is it being done intentionally? Yesterday, 01 July i bought the same meal and requested extra sauce that i paid for. My meal didn't have the extra sauce and we also realised later that 1 drumstick was missing. I called several times. I'd go through the call center,transferred to the store, they'd pick up but as soon as i raise my concern the phone gets cut. That happened twice. On my 3rd call to customer service,they commited to calling the store and then call me back which didnt happen. They cant keep on *****ing from us.
