Vodacom Killarney Mall never has simcards for simswops, it is either that or they are offline for simswops only but upgrades and contracts they are online, customer had to walk for two hours from Killarney to Norwood mall because they state that they have no simcards. It has happened multiple times
I work at a Vodacom Chatz Store, we don't have a representative from Samsung, in November Samsung had a promotion where if you buy a Samsung A35 5G, you could claim for the buds and fit watch. My customers have been coming back saying they haven't received anything from Samsung and its been 3-4 weeks with no feedback. I call the support centre and I'm put on hold for almost an hour. I will never prioritize selling a Samsung phone ever again.
I went to Pick n Pay in Norwood mall and on several occasions I was served by Maureen at the food counter. She is very very rude and has no customer service at all. Is she is rude she doesn't need to be working with customers.
