Again goes to show the service levels and commitment to client in this country doesn’t stand for a thing Even after the service agent called me after my complaint and committed to get the headoffice to sort things out not a word from anyone now in six day And this is after their mistake they admitted to I would be ashamed if this was my company and this is how I deal with my clients
Seem like Outsurance only like to settle what suits them Now I’m a Outsurance liner and the guy that’s driven into the back of me also been a Outsurance client admitted been at fault submitted a claim to them and then passed the claim onto me after months of asking only after I sent them a legal letter did the guy provide me with detail I then made contact with Outsurance and submitted my quote from three different panel beaters Anton with endless effort and following up and call after call to get no joy . After threatening them I then was passed onto Outsurance legal department where this game with them started . Now the state the will settle me with the other parties explanation of the damages and bluntly ignored the quotes received , then me asking to speak to management to try resolve this I am told that there offer and that’s it Now the damage to the car is quoted at fifty three thousand and the offering me nine thousand I told them it’s nowhere near the quotes and that’s they need to review it as I told am a Outsurance client I then was told there other client explain the damage and that’s what they going to pay . Now please explain to me how there client is qualified to give Outsurance a value More importantly I’m not going anywhere to get this resolved or any form of service People beware of this
How do you deal with a company that tells you one thing but does differently and the turns around and makes it you problem Using my card I been filling fuel there forever then one day stopped working When I went in to the shop the told me my card if faulty and provided me with a new card I been using it forever racked up a nice amount in rewards Then when I went to use the card I was now told it’s not registered to me and can’t With me asking them why when they issued me the card how is it that is now not on my name they all give me the I don’t know but when I show them I been filling fuel since day one how can it be registered to someone else . Again when I ask but they control everything and we don’t have control of this then how can the penalize me for there bad service issue me the incorrect car again get the shoulders up I don’t know They now have agreed they can see all the transactions from me but can help I do believe this is ***** and a ploy to take the rewards for themselves Calling the call centre more the 20 times and trying with them to resolve we just go nowhere I would ward everyone to use this
The service received was good and efficiently handled with not effort from my part Good job
They don’t understand the meaning of service or how to treat a client and resolve there issues
I fail to understand how Vodacom is in business Well the only reason the are is because we bound by a contract I’m honestly don’t think there is someone out there that will tell you they are All you ever received is promises that never materializes from the call centre agent to the managers the same I have been trying for months to solve network problems in my area Pretty much everyone here has complained by Vodacom but still they do nothing about it or cares More importantly I have had the unfortunate dealings with there retention department ,that has promised me on three occasions to come back to me and nothing The latest yesterday that without failure will have both my issues sorted before close of business today been Friday 11 April 2025 Well no surprise not a call or mail again
Shocking service They responded with saying they will come back to me by the 27 th after investing Now how do investigate when you don’t even know what you investing
How do you talk about service and interest when they don’t know the meaning Absa insurance staff including there managers have no interest in sorting issues out and paying for claims fairly and honestly, but tge best of all have zero clue as to respect for a clients . The never answer calls or return them other than if you threaten them with hello Peter or redline etc without all the detail and boring with the misery we facing for the last 9 months Thabo and his managers promise return calls and never stick to it .I hate running people down but the incompetence of the staff is alarming and the fact that Absa headoffice does nothing about it blows our minds .Wish I could show you the mail after mail send without feedback and then they lie trying to cover up there mistakes Absa then also remeges on what they say and can’t even get what’s actual correct They send contractors that’s I’m sure trained to deflect responsibility and find excuses Then there contractors that can’t even arrive as per set appointments and send in reports that’s incorrect and not complete but when it comes to paying they like lightning I could woffel all day about them and still not cover haft of it . I’m posting this not holding my breath that someone at absa would contact or be interested it let’s test the waters People run fast and far of you come across theses two names
Well I have no words You deal with a big company thinking they care and will do the right things but never what you think Bought very expensive tool set because it has a life time warranty only to find that all the ever got is excuses and stories and then make it your problem No don’t know about anyone else but it you have warranty for like that exactly what the mean but all builders does is make your like impossible and think you going to give up Well that won’t happen with me First they say where is your invoice when they the only company that sells the product but after making this clear the back down and then take in the failed good Then come back to you and tell you they have no stock . Tell me how do you never have stock we everything at builders is at a premium price and alway have excused then they should refund you the full amount for the product if they don’t have something but they don’t tell you they will come back to you and never do If you follow up they tell you they still waiting for the stock It’s been month and same song gets sung Enough is enough now Either the take from there new stock or refund me Let’s see if they will even react to this
