My sister purchased a refrigerator cash on 26 November from House & Home (Blue Route, Cape Town). We requested collection from the East London branch as this was a surprise Christmass gift for our mother and home is in the Eastern Cape. To date, we are still waiting. There is no fridge, no clear communication, and no delivery date, nothing. This level of service extremely disappointing. I would not recommend House & Home.

I recently submitted a claim for my car battery, which is covered by my insurance, and I have to say I’m super impressed, I was expecting a few hiccups, but everything went smoothly from start to finish. The claim was approved quicker than I expected, thank you so much Mafula & the team for the excellent service, you made my day!
I was assisted by Gerad Jacobs, yesterday when I couldn’t understand wording on my insurance & had to submit a claim which he transferred me to that department and today he phoned to check if everything was sorted. I call that a personal touch and appreciated.

I had an incident that occurred in Eastern Cape (Pothole) that I had to replace my tyre. I logged in a claim to the Roadcover insurance and I was given a form to fill in and submit with proof. I didn't even wait as I thought it is going to take long. Not even a week reimbur*****t amount in my bank acc.
When it comes to answering of the phones you don't hold too long and the staff is very friendly. I had a lady that kindly assisted with my query very helpful to my stupid questions, thank you again Kaylynne Van Wyk.
Leah Mathiane you are my Champion today or should I say SAU Team because from the day my car broke down Tuesday 26th April when I phoned SAU the Tow Truck arrived in minutes like it was waiting for my call :) and the communication (messages) and phone calls were excellent and much appreciated. The dealership has just confirmed the damage and I phoned in, and got a lovely lady Leah Mathiane that explained what is covered under my policy and took me through the process of the claim. It has not been processed or approved but when you receive such service you at least feel at peace that all will be well. Thank you Zandile from Cape Town.
