Placed an order with above company, advertising online. Made payment and never heard anything again from them. When I checked their website all that is available is an email address, but no contact number. Sent several emails but no response.

I have been getting spam calls from MTN on a daily rate of at least 10 calls per day carrying on right through the day to late in the evening requesting me to upgrade. I upgraded my contract in August last year for a 2 year contract, and the more I tell them that I have already upgraded, the more they will phone me. This is now getting highly irritating. Don't they have entries on their system that shows which upgrades have been done. Getting my information, it should show that the upgrades have been done!!
I have repeatedly contacted Cash Crusaders about using my email address for one of their clients. They keep on sending me emails including all this clients personal details (ID number, full names, contact number, residential address etc). This totally contravenes the POPIA act. I am still receiving correspondence almost on a weekly basis to my email address and they are still sending me everything about this client. Getting very fed up. This is highly unprofessional and also extremely dangerous. How can you trust to use a company that just willy nilly supplies personal details to a stranger?? With all the ID ***** going on in this country, it can be understood how this can happen as companies like Cash Crusaders do not take care of the security of their clients.
Most irritating and annoying company EVER. After battling to actually do my upgrade for almost 2 months, now that the upgrade has been done, I am getting at least 8 phone calls from them wanting me to upgrade. The more I tell them I have ALREADY DONE my upgrade, the more frequently I am being contacted. This is now getting to a stage where I am thinking of going over to another service provider!!!!
I have on previous occasions gotten emails with contracts for loans being for someone who is not me. ALL of their personal details are being supp****. Full names, Id number, physical address, contact number. This is very dangerous (identity *****) and also highly unprofessional. I have previously contacted them about this, and was told it would be seen to. But today got another email. This is totally unacceptable and very bad image for a company who is leaking private information to the public. Makes you not want to do any business with a company that does not respect your private information and also directly breaking the POPI laws. Think it is time that the law actually looks into this.
I belong to the Mica rewards programme. Received a message on my phone stating that I had a certain amount on my account to be used. Today I went in to get something from Mica in Middelburg and when I mentioned that I had a credit balance on my card was told that on their system it showed a zero balance. For a long time Mica has been making a big hoo ha about joining their rewards programme and that it gives you big cash back bonuses with every purchase being added. This to me seems like it was only to encourage people to spend more money in their stores with the promise of rewards, (WHICH DO NOT EXIST!!) I feel that they are conning their customers. Why even bother sending sms messages stating you have 'x" amount to spend when it does not even exist?? I think I will rather in future support their opposition i.e. Builders, that do not try and ******* their customers just to make a buck!! SHAME ON YOU!!
I started getting emails from Cash Crusaders a while back congratulating me for taking a loan from them. When I checked the attachment to the email, noticed it was for a person from Potchefstroom. I live in Middelburg MP. I do not know this person at all. Contacted Cash Crusaders several times everytime a email arrives, stating that they have the incorrect email and that they need to check with their client for the correct email address. Get absolutely no response and at least 2 to 3 times a week I keep on getting emails from them re this client. Getting fed up now. I have never had the need to pawn or sell anything to Cash Crusaders, so have no idea where they got my email address from. This is so unprofessional and highly annoying to get spammed like this. Also according to the POPI act, highly illegal, as all the client's information is in the email which I have access to. They need to get their act in gear and sort this out, also make double sure that client's privacy is maintained. No wonder there is so much identity theft going around when companies like Cash Crusaders do not care about their client's personal details that is just openly being sent to total strangers!
Visited the Global Service station in Mhluzi, Middelburg to put in diesel into my vehicle asking the attendant for R400 diesel. He promptly filled the tank with R400 of 93 PETROL and not DIESEL. Did not notice this until we had already driven off and the vehicle started reacting strangely and then came to a halt. When checking our cash receipt noticed that PETROL had been placed into the DIESEL vehicle. Upon contacting the station was told that we had requested Petrol and not Diesel. The attendant named Eugene was very arrogant and there were two people in the vehicle who confirms that Diesel was requested. The vehicle is also clearly marked "DIESEL" on the side of the doors. They clearly state as their motto "Cheapest Diesel" which is why we went there. Very arrogant and unprofessional service which has now cost us a fortune to get the vehicle repaired and also loss of income as the vehicle is used for business purposes.
Worst ISP ever. From day one have had problems with their service. Contact them almost on a daily basis. Got Fibre connection to be able to use my smart tv for Showmax etc. Have not been able to watch anything properly since the day it was installed. Plays and then keeps on buffering or totally disconnecting every few minutes. Majorly annoying. And then to pay R745 per month for this **** is totally unacceptable. And also having to wait for ever to get hold of them with their stupid and ridiculous whatsapp customer service is beyond me. At that price why can they not have a telephonic customer service where you can actually speak to a human instead of a robot. I absolutely regret ever joining them. The absolute WORST ISP I have ever had the displeasure to be associated with. Not at all worth the exorbitant amount I need to fork out every month! They keep on wasting my time on whatsapp, making me jump through all kinds of hoops but nothing improves. They need to send a technician to my home to sort out this ****py line so that I can actually get the service that I am paying for. If you are thinking of getting fibre - STEER CLEAR OF WEBAFRICA!!!!!
