I am very unhappy with Standard Bank I have previously asked the bank to change my debit date to be the 1st of each month and this still has not been done. I called today and spoke to Nondumiso Sibeko who refused to get this changed. This is frustrating as this is affecting my credit score and Standard bank does not care about getting this corrected. I am very irate!!!
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a defect on a vehicle I purchased recently. In September 2025, I purchased a 2016 Mini Cooper from Chery Roodepoort/ Brothers Automotive. At the time of purchase, the vehicle appeared to be in good working condition. However, less than six months after taking delivery of the vehicle, the Central Information Display (CID) has completely stopped functioning. The CID is a core component of the vehicle, responsible for critical functions such as vehicle settings, infotainment/ navigation, and system notifications. Its failure significantly affects the usability, safety, and value of the vehicle. I believe this defect indicates that the vehicle was not of acceptable quality or reasonably durable at the time of sale. I am disappointed over this as the service has been good however the ball has been dropped. I need to get an urgent resolution to this matter.
I am tired of Outsurance. Our funeral claim still hasn't been finalized and we had the funeral over the weekend with outstanding debt. This is ********** and sad at how we have to struggle for a payout and the call centre gives us runarounds telling us about some validation that still is taking place even after the family confirmed all is well. If this is not sorted by today, next step is the Ombudsman!
I'm very disappointed at OUTsurance funeral claim. We have to bury a family member this Saturday and they have been delaying with the payout. They said it's at validation but when we ask the lady from the very same validation and audit company to call us back, she doesn't. Which further delays the outcome of the claim. Again we have to the bury the relative in 3 days. How unprofessional are you guys and what's worse is that you said it'll take 48 hours for a pay out.
Very upset customer. I get to the drive through wanting to use my ucount and cheque card to pay for my meal and I am told that I can't use two cards to make payment. This is unacceptable. KFC needs to upgrade their systems and customer service. Very disgruntled.
I sent a cancelation request mid April and provided the team with my ID number and full name. To date they ask me for my account number which I don't have access to as it is not on thr monthly statements. Sharon Chetty is useless! Today I get a debit of R774. 56 going off my account which is way over what my agreement was. This is unacceptable service national security!
