I’m reaching out to express my growing frustration regarding the bed that was made inside out ,which was initially brought to the attention of the companies manager in December already. I’ve send him several messages and emails about this matter and have yet received no direction.He instead decided that he’s going to ignore me . I wish there was a section that allowed customers to attach a picture of what they did with the bed . I feel that as a manager it his his responsibility to ensure matters like these are dealt with efficiently and timeously.

I had membership with Sun vacation club and when I cancelled membership after my husbands passing I was told that I had a refund of R3500 when I tried to claim it I was told I need to submit a letter of executirship and an estate account which happened after a year because of the delays that can occur when you wound the estate . To my surprise I was told I can longer get that refund because it was repossessed this after all the monies we’ve paid and did not even get booking once in 3 years .
I’ve lost my husband in Feb and have gone to Mr Price to make a claim for funeral policy which he paid for when he was alive . The glen branch and mall of the south branch told me their fax machines aren’t working and when I contact their claims office they told me it’s the shop that has to send them documents . I’m not sure what has to happen now . Later one of their consultants called me to send them a death certificate so that they can cancel the policy and that is after I send them a message on the chat . Then the consultant told me they won’t pay especially if the person was shot . I’m very disappointed with how these institutions can rob people and accept their monies and yet knowing that they will not pay people when they are dead .This is not right especially now that cost of living is so high.

I'm very disappointed with this compony.My husband died an unnatural death and had a retirement annuity policy and educational savings with old mutual.I went to their offices to claim for these policies and was told they will not pay because they want a police report to explain how he died.Both these policies were savings and had nothing to do with how he died. IM DISGUSTED BY HOW EASY IT IS TO ROB PEOPLE OF THEIR MONIES .
