The lowsest service in the world, I have never seen incompetent management and leadership in my 44 years on this planet. They want to increase the rates, THEY DO NOT QUAULIFY FOR IT. They DO NOT DESERVE IT They DO NOT WORK FOR IT THIS IS ONLY ON MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP LEVEL All hardworking technicians that do theirt best to keep VERY UNHAPPY AND UNSATISFIED CLEINTS HAPPY has to suffer under POOR INCOMPETENT MANAGMENT Loadshedding form 10am to 14:30pm power off till 15pm and loadshedding again. THIS NEEDS TO STOP, TIME TO GET MANAGEMENT TO SELL PERSONAL ASSESTS TO REPLACE AND REPAIR WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.
To much data mining and full disregard to individual PRIVACY LAWS on everything they do, This company should be removed from the market.
We respect your Privacy is their theme, but in the same breath you ARE forced to give personal information where the is no NEED or REQUIREMENT, this seems to a new thing with all these DATA MINING GREEDY companies that does not understand the LAW when it come to individual Privacy laws. They need to find another way, because I do not TRUST any company that FORCES individuals to give PRIVATE information that is not required. I HAVE TO RIGHT TO DENY OR OPT out in giving information and NOT be DENIED a service. I mailed your support about this before, I receive some BULL about its not my fight, IT IS WHEN IT COME TO MY PRIVACY.
My number, my wife's and son number was subscribed to content services with out our permission, my number was subscribed to Vodacom Fantasy league, I did not even browse nor even have the VODACOM **** APP on my I REFUSE to have it, I REFUSE to chat to a BOT, I support HUMAN interaction, I ONLY fully support companies that willing NOT to be greedy and actually hiring PEOPLE to COMMUNICATE to their clients, using BOTS is UNPROFESSIONAL. Vodacom you have 24 hours to refund all subscription fees or I will lay case of FRAUD and THEFT against VODACOM and FIX your WEB site, hire PROFESSIONALS to create a better ONE.

Still no internet. Was working on the day telkom tech was here. went down the next day and ticket closed.<br> I am now logging a complaints on all MAJOR complain departments.<br> I am start to get the impression that Telkom technicians are not qualified to do their JOBS, because there is a lack of care for customer satisfaction. <br> <br> Telkom service and lines is a true reflection of their level of knowledge and workmen ship. <br> <br> Please inform your accounts department that I refuse to pay until this issue has been sorted. MAKE SURE THIS GETS DONE, If my line gets cut then you WHO is responding will be held liable for NOT complying to client requests.
Still having the same issue, I have internet access for 2 days a week at a speed that a 9600 data fax modem can beat without even trying. <br> <br> Problem is still there <br> <br> Going on now for 6 months.<br> <br> Behond the point of being PISSED OFF.<br> <br> One thing is true Telkom can not gauranty line speed only because they OVER SOLD their CAPABILTIES and is to much SELF OBSORBED to care how their cleints exprince their service.
