Do not buy from Reliable store
On 17 July, almost 2 and a half months ago, I ordered and paid for an item from Reliable store. I still have not received what I have paid for. Despite phoning their call center today and requesting for their CEO to call me I have had no feedback or call from the CEO. Do not buy from Reliable store. Just may be a **** company.

Poor service delivery
Extremely poor service delivery and they refuse to pay interest on money you have paid in advance into your rates account. KLM do not even respond to your emails. Nowhere else does an organisation have your money without paying interest. They are *****ing money from pensioners by not paying interest. Worst municipality in South Africa, they make promises which they do not keep, the roads in Jeffreys Bay are in a shocking condition, full of pot holes.

Unreliable store - very poor service
I ordered an item from them on 17 July and paid for it the same day. We are now 3 September and I still do not have what I ordered and paid for. According to their call center they only order 1 item at from China and you have to wait until there are enough items ordered to fill a container. They should be called Unreliable store. Very poor service.

Ampath dreadful service
My wife went to Ampath for some blood tests and we requested a copy be sent to us. My medical aid was charged for the claimed tests and I was sent an account for the excess of R 333. We again asked for the test results to be emailed to us but nothing has been sent. Despite numerous requests for the test results to be sent to us nothing has arrived. I was asked to register on their Web site to see the test results but after registration there were no test results to be viewed. I have paid the R 333 and medical aid has paid their portion. Since Ampath cannot send me the test results I can only assume that this is a fraudulent claim and that no blood tests were actually done. I have had problems with this company for many years and despite them making several name changes from Bouwer and partners to the current Ampath the dreadful service they provide to the public has not changed. This has to be the worst path labs to deal with, if you need a blood choose anyone else except Ampath unless you absolutely have to use their services. If you do use Ampath make sure you get a copy of the test results otherwise you may also get a fraudulent claim against you. Since they cannot produce the test results I am treating this as a fraudulent claim and the appropriate legal action will follow.

We ordered a number of items from Consol glass in Stellenbosch on Monday and the delivery to our home in Jeffreys Bay took place early morning on Wednesday! Wow that is amazing service, everything was present and correct

Bought an Ariston instant water heater from Builders and when it failed Ariston refused to honour their guarantee. I approached Builders for help and they replaced the unit free of charge. Great service for Builders.

Bought an Ariston instant water heater
Bought an Ariston instant water heater. 11 months later it stopped working and despite still being under guarantee Aroston refused to honour the guarantee and replace the unit. Don't buy an Ariston product, when it fails they won't honour their guarantee.
