I received proof of payment from a TymeBank account on Sunday, 30 November at 20:58, but to this day the money has still not reflected in my account. This delay is completely unacceptable. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of support. When I contacted TymeBank, I was told that only the sender can track the payment. As the person expecting the funds, I have been left with no information, no updates, and no way to verify what is happening with my own incoming payment. A bank should provide transparency and reliable assistance when it comes to transactions. Instead, I’ve been left stressed and uncertain for days with no help from TymeBank. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope TymeBank urgently improves their payment processing and customer support.
I hired a car November 14 returned it November 17 to date I still have not received my deposit refund I called they said they would resolve the issue but I am still waiting it’s almost a month later. Very disappointed
Their efficiency is appalling I have been waiting for over a week for my blocked account to be fixed but still nothing. The consultant is on leave and now I must sit and wait Utterly disappointed 😔
My easy zero account has been blocked since Monday No one from FNB has bothered to call or update me as to why I am currently stranded and have to borrow money from people because I cannot access the account that has money Truly Disappointed 😔
I’m such a big sushi lover and they never disappoint even the rice was good some restaurants don’t get the rice right in the sushi

Cancelled my Fnb insure policy yet I still got debited last month 😔 watch them do the same this month and I clearly stated that I simply cannot afford it anymore
FNB insure is honestly the worst I haven’t had a car for over 4weeks I’ve spent over R3000 on uber and I have to be the one texting,emailing and calling to get any information on my claim yet when they have to debit my account they do it so efficiently. Honestly not happy
