I have ABSA Vehicle insurance , from their AIC division. This morning my tire bust on the M4 free way and I had a challenge with the lug nuts. When I called ABSA insurance to assist with road side assistance they said that they can't pick up my policy whilst ABSA deducts directly every month together with my AVAF installment. Worst experience ever, When I got to the office I called them again to find out what exactly the challenge, the lady that took my ID number to check for me whats seems to be the issue put me onhold for over 6 minutes I eventually dropped the call.
My name is Simphiwe Shabalala I had a Telkom account which lapsed in December 2024 and then they put me on a month to month. On 03 January 2025 I advised to cancel the month to month as I no longer wish to use Telkom services. However they are still billing me every month for services that I no longer use and that I have cancelled in January 2025. My account number is 341653503
I had a data deal contract with Telkom that has since been suspended .Telkom are charging me for a service that they have suspended. Yes I have been having some challenges from paying my account and subsequently Telkom decided to suspend my account in August 2024. My problem is that they are still raising new invoice for the end of August and now September is if I am still receiving data. what exactly are they billing me for, why don't they let me just deal with my areas accrued and any interest accumulated. But they keep charging me for a service or data that they have not provided me with.
Yesterday 12 September 2024 I ordered a shoe online on the Edgars website, I think it was just after 12:00 midday,. I live in Durban and I noticed that the item was coming from JHB, however I received the shoe today 13 September 2024 Just before midday 12:00. This means they were able to deliver to me in less the 24 hours I am very happy with Edgars services as the quality of the shoe is also up to the standard that I expected. Thank you Edgars for the great service together with the couriers that you used DPD.
Today (27 August 2024) I went to Medical Towers Hospital Isipingo, for a check-up as I was involved in a car accident on Wednesday 21 Aug 2024 but had not done a check up previously. I am on Discovery La health - La active, so at the hospital they did not assist me they said that my medical savings is used up. My issue is that they did not offer me any alternative like being an in patient they just refused to assist me. what am I paying for if I am refused hospital care , I did not go to a GP but I went to a hospital with the knowledge that this hospital is part of the discovery network and I will get assistance. Instead after sitting in a que for 30 to 40 minutes I am told that they cant help me and I had to leave with my tail between my legs not to mention the pain that I am feeling from my neck and my head. I agree my MSA is used up but I still have R5900 on my extended day to day benefit and I am sure I have plenty of funds for hospital care. but I was refused to be assisted and not given any alternative I am very angry, as I travelled from far using taxi's as my car is still damaged and I had to take taxi's again going home with out getting help.

They were quick to respond and resolve what I needed to resolved.
I've been waiting for a parcel sent to me by vodacom via Ram couriers. Yesterday morning 03 May 2022 the parcel left the warehouse in Durban en route to me, I waited the whole day no one contacted me then in the afternoon it was written non delivery. This morning 04 May 2022 at about 7 I made a call to Ram the agent said it is because they didn't have my number however now that called they will call me 30 minutes before delivery. After waiting the whole day no call came through and now the parcel is written return to sender. This is so unprofessional
