I have been debited by showmax for the past two months with R99.00 for an account I have no idea off and when I called them I was told by Njabulo Gwala he can not help me on his side and when I asked for a team leader he told me they managers are not available and the name of the manager is Nosipho Phewa. Now showmax is debiting my account for no reason is (scamming me). I knew multichoice is not doing well but I never thod they will scam people to keep afloat.
I made a purchase at game for two foldable doors on the 15th they first took very long to deliver my order only received it on the 22rd and the delivery guy brought one package and I asked if its two doors inside and he said yes only to findout its only one door. Now I have been fighting to get my other door that I have paid for with now luck, game is just to willing to assisting me meaning I have paid R1800 for nothing as its clear they a scammers I have already spent R150 on airtime trying to get this matter resolved they keep promising me call backs off which I do not get. I spoke to Asive Koyiya she keeps me on hold for over 10 minutes still came back no no solution its clear GAME STORES IS PLAYING GAMES LA.......
I received the worset service ever from maponya branch even the owner Thelma is very rude and as no idea on how to run a business all Im asking for is my refund of R1000 I want for a service I never received but she is refusing and told me Im only doing that cos she is a young black businesses women, I still fail to understand why she is using the gender card on me as she failed as a business person. This is one reason big corporation thrive cos they understand the basics of running a busy
I sent my daughter for her eye exam and new glasses as we were the she was examed by a drunk doctor called Clement. On that day we were made to buy pills for our daughter for R250.00 only to findout the doctor didnt even do the right test and my daughter is not supposed to take those pills as she has cataract, we paid a deposit of R1000.00 and we asking for our money back as we not happy with the service but now the owner is telling us she wont refund us.
I have taken up prepaid fibre and it was asked to make a payment for my service on the Thursday last week, of which that was done on Thursday and installation was done on Friday but even today it says no internet available. I've been told to call vodacom and that courses money but non the less I have been doing that for the whole week. still no internet yet I paid for it. soon I will have to pay the again but no service. I feel so robbed by both Vuma reach and Vodacom.
