What an absolute disaster after using them for 5 other services. The lady by the name of Carol is very rude, she knows nothing about customer service. She is a **** and does not know anything about customer service, to think I’ve had good service before and this time was just the worst. Firstly they decided to mess with my bumper, she then tells me that’s how my bumper looked, after she reviews the video she took when I left my car, she’s so quick to ask the technician what happened without acknowledging that she had disputed my statement. Today I decide to check that they’ve stamped my service book, to my surprise, there’s no service book. She claims she mentioned this yesterday, I asked at which point, she said I did not respond, I further asked why wouldn’t I answer, because we discussed my brakes, my light which I specifically told them not to touch. At this point you even doubt whether they serviced my car or not. I am definitely taking this to Motor Industry Ombudsman because even with the manger you can just tell everything will be swept under the carpet
Terrible policies that do not make sense. I took a break cover and extended warranty cover with them, when I needed to replace my breaks I was taken from pillar to post, I now have an issue with my gear box to which they claim they cover but they tell me that the part number they were given by the dealership they don’t cover, it’s just a terrible company , the only thing they do cover is extended service. Imagine taking 3 different covers with them and 2 not being covered. Terrible to say the least, now I want to cancel cover they want me to serve a 21 day notice and still deduct my account? Madness if you ask me!!!
What an absolute nightmare. I have changed bank Accounts where i get debited from, my VAF has not been debited yet my debit date is the 25th of each month, the next day on the 26th they call me telling me they did not debit to which i asked why not, they said they will run it, come today the 31st still nothing, spoke to a guy who said it will run in two hours and will call me back to confirm, still nothing i then spoke to lady now who says she will lodge the debit order which will take 10-14working days, This is absolute madness!!!
I have since received feedback from TFG which is the company running @home stores, they have now responded with the same response that I initially complained about that I should contact MBD legal collections who are of no help as they are also referring back to them since they say they do not have my account anymore. This back and forth is so frustrating. I called the company a couple of times only for their consultants to tell me they cannot assist even though they see my records as they closed the file and sent it back to @home stores. Such back and forth
I have made various attempts with @home accounts to clear my name in the past 6 months by paying an outstanding debt but I have just been getting sent back and forth. The frustration that I am experiencing as I have their name under my credit record. I called their call Centre only for them to transfer me to lawyers who then tell me they do not have my file anymore as they sent it back to them, I have been to 3 different retail stores where consultants would assist me with calling the call Centre only to be given a number to some lawyers who then return me back to them. All I want to do is pay the outstanding debt so they I can clear myself from this company. The level of dismissal and care is just appalling.
