Very poor customer service from a manager (Carrol) itself at Xpresso Cafe renting at Rosebank College PTA!! She explicitly said she is not going to assist a staff member and that she should return to her office rather then assisting first and explain a way forward. Delivering poor customer service infront of students also.
There was a shooting around our area and unfortunately a bullet came in our window whilst sleeping. Fortunately God saved us from this mess, we have reported this to the building manager and security guards and the only people who responded was the fedility company who came to asses. They then informed the police and nothing has been done. From our complex body corporate and the police hasn’t showed up. This happened around 10am, it is now 17:00 and nothing has been done! The police haven’t showed up and our body corporate. This has been such a tragic and traumatic experience!!!
There was a shooting around our area in Equestria. We stay at 97 Vergelegen Avenue and a bullet came straight in our room whilst sleeping!!! Literally the bullet went past my head! We called the police at 10am, it’s 17:00 and we’re still waiting for them. The body corporate asked us to wait to the police to come and they haven’t responded since!! What a disgrace! Only a security company came and they advised the police to make their way. We’re literally 6km away from the police station
I got a call a few hours back from an agent. +27 (21) 100-1280 This number called me please trace the call. The lady called to inform me about an outstanding installation fee that I needed to pay and I informed her I’ve been speaking to consultants and they didn’t tell me. Nonetheless I will make the payment then, I asked her we can arrange some other time for it to be paid but she hung and processed a debit order from me. I am stuck in Durban right now. That’s the last money I had, I neee to use it for my flight!!! She was so rude and made it a point she organises a debit order right there and there!!! Very very selfish human to say the least. Please see to this and allow me to arrange a date
My sister sent me a parcel from Witbank on the 20th of December. I am in Pretoria in Equestria that’s approximately100km away from Witbank. I still haven’t received it!!! When I track the parcel it shows that at some point it was in Nelspruit. Please make it make sense! The lady who assisted in Witbank reassured us that it will only take two days! I was meant to receive this on 22nd or 23rd of December. I just called the call centre and I’m not really receiving the confirmation I need. I need my parcel!!!
I havent had internet connection the whole day. It’s a holiday I am meant to be relaxing at home but it’s impossible because there is no internet. This is happening every other day…. They unfortunately can’t resolve this. We are paying for nothing
I have never ever in my life experienced such an *********** company. It’s a ****!!! You pay for absolutely nothing. We haven’t had connectivity for months now. It only works once a week…. I don’t have productive days as I am working from home. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE
We haven’t had wifi connection from yesterday in the morning till now!! No one is taking accountability. They keep logging tickets but nothing has been done. This is not the first time. Worse WiFi you can’t opt for. Don’t even bother yourself
No one is willing to assist me. It’s been 8 days straight without internet. They keep telling me they have logged a call for me but nothing has happened. It’s been an entire week and now entering a new week with no internet connection
