TERRIBLE SERVICE! SHEIN/TEMU PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT COURIER SERVICE, DON'T KEEP DELIVERY PROMISES, NO FEEDBACK CALL CENTRE AGENTS ALL SPEAK DIFFERENT STORIES, RECEIVED SMS SAYING PACKAGE OUT ON DELIVERY ON FRIDAY MORNING BEFORE 8AM, IT IS TUESDAY STILL NO DELIVERY MADE AND NO EXPLANATION JUST A BUNCH OF LIES
Don't make use of this place ever, My company vehicle has been for over 2 weeks at this place and not once did they update me, with what is happening or what is wrong with the vehicle. I keep calling and never get through to the service adviser today I was promised a call back, never happened I then decided to go make a turn to find out what is happening, To my suprise they never touched the vehicle they dont know what is wrong , lies upon lies, no feedback whatsoever! more than 12 days this vehicle is there and the attitude stinks! Very unprofessional to say the least.
Most horrible service ever! Placed an order Sunday after 2pm order accepted and was then processing order, received order the Monday only! and mind you they delivered half of my order and still waiting for my refund rather make use of Checkers 60sixty
They really need to educate there staff, I app**** for a new contract , Contract was approved , I received the phone was not happy with the device returned it a few days later before returning it I have asked the consultant will I have difficulties in getting a new contract with a different device , they ensured me no, Now I have app**** for the new contract and it was approved but the device I app**** for was R279 Online now they call me back and tell me As per my rating the cheapest device I can take is R399 but what I app**** for was 279 Now how does even make sense, what a waste of time!
Have had the most horrible experience with RAM Couriers regarding them collecting my package to return to Vodacom, I have been tracking them for 2 days and the driver actually has the audacity to note Delivery postponed due to address incorrect@ 2PM, No phone call trying for this delivery to take place , called RAM this morning they cannot understand because address is correct on system. For the past 2 days I have spoken to more than 10 consultants and no one is able to assist. pathetic service I tell you!
I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH TAKEALOT BUT NOW REGARDING A RETURN THEY ARE JUST THE PITS YOU NEVER GET HOLD OF ANYONE VIA TELEPHONE, WITH EMAILS YOU JUST GET REPLIED TO FROM 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND EACH ONE WITH A DIFFERENT STORY. BEEN STRUGGLING WITH A REFUND SINCE THE 25TH OF APRIL TILL TODAY NO ONE COULD RESOLVE MY ISSUE!
