Waiting time in Casualty, been waiting to see a Dr since 10h40 this morning. Current time 14h55 Daughter fell, foot and ankle swollen and blue. Still waiting for Dr before xray can be taken
Paying service for nearly 3 years, unit not working, Been in contact with Matrix hundreds of times. They say booking a consultant and technician to contact us. We have been promised to have the system fixed, if the motorcycle gets ******, they will just have some or other excuse. We are now stopping the d/o at the bank seeing that we have been paying R700.00 for tracking that has never worked, and we have been paying for the last 30 months. Emails have been sent and just no assistance except false promises and nothing ever materialize. When you phone the consultant are rude and unhelpful. Have been asked for a senior person to contact us to resolve the matter and just no joy. Worst company to deal to and never had spoken to such *********** and rude call agents.
We have been battling with Cell C since May 2022 to get dispute resolved, they suspended our lines and cancelled contracts, 2 month before we were to upgrade contracts. Spoken to several people, everytime someone different and you never get the same person to deal with, matter has been so called resolved and until today not one person from Cell C have spoken to us or attended to the dispute regarding duplicate billing and journals passed on our account. Think it is time to go to the Consumer complaints ombudmans as ICASA are useless in assisting to get matter resolved. Cell C should be ashamed, we have been clients with them since 2001 when the stores launched in South Africa!!!
Poor service, phone does not get answered, we lodged a complaint in June 2022 with Cell C, then lodged complaint with ICASA end of June 2022. Recieved email only to give us reference number. several emails and phone calls later, recieved email to say they had no response from Cell C, a whole month later and they are busy following up with Cell C. Last correspondence or updates, 3 weeks have passed and still waiting!!!!! this is redicilous to say the least. this is service, what a joke
Still no feedback from anyone at Cell Cell, after phoning every day, explaining the whole dispute with a different person at the call center every day, NO FEEDBACK , NOT A RESOLUTION TO THE DISPUTE , NOTHING!!! wonderful customer service CELL C
Minus 10 Cell C for customer service, referring to my original post regarding the so called "BILLED" account that we have send all the relevant documents and proof of payments to Cell C - NO RESPONSE!!!!!! We have spend the last 3 days, phoning customer service, emailing and every time you phone, you land up with a different consultant and you have to start the process all over!!!!! Nobody gets back to advise you regarding status of the DISPUTE - as it is on their side and now absolutely nothing from them. How does this work??? Please explain, why is there not one dedicated person working on queries and disputes, so that you know who you are dealing with and they know whats going on? Everytime you ask to speak to the previous consultant, they state that there is no such person and you have to start over again. What is going on with Cell C - customer service and billing ???? This is really beyond a joke now. Can somebody senior or a manager please contact us with extreme urgency ????
incorrect information and earning supplied to people !!! have been unemployed since 2018 but apparently still get paid by my prevoius employer in Jhb , although we have moved to the coast in KZN and have not earned a cent from anybody. Because of the **** incorrect information supplied, we have had problems qualifying for a subsidy from school!!!! Please get your facts straight and employ capable people to do a proper job.!!!!
We have had several contracts with Cell C since they opened in South Africa. For the last 10 months we have been having trouble with billing issues after Cell C billing (accounts) system triple billing their clients. At that point and time the account was up to date. From there on I have experienced endless issues with my account due to payments not being captured and reflected on my statement. Every month I ignored the arrears as per their statement and paid the current account due to their account errors. My services will then be suspended and then I have to resend payment notifications to prove payment. The lines will then be un-suspended and then all is good till the next month and all starts over again. This has been ongoing for the last 10 months. Every month I have to phone and send all proof of payments and at some instances up to 12 months of proof. The last issue happened end of March 2022 were the lines was again suspended. I again went thru the process to proof payment but to no avail as they are adamant that I am still in arrears. I cannot understand that I am 120 days in arrears with 17 months proof of payment sent and 5 months remaining on the contracts. In the interim all the contracts have been cancelled and a additional 11k added to the account statement. I have been sending all the relevant documents to accounts and exclusive@Cellc all the time and every month its a different consultant dealing with the dispute and it never gets resolved!!!! So that is how Cell C treats customers that has been loyal and supporting them from inception in South Africa????
Visited the FNB branch at Aitken Street, Port Shepstone on Saturday to finalize a new account opened online and had the best service ever from the consultants that was assisting me. Thank you Tenille and Ncami for the patience and help and being understanding and friendly all the time. Other consultants and people in the industry should learn from people like you.
