Excellent service. Spoke to an absolute lovely lady that bent above and beyond helping me, and put me at ease.
Telkom just doesn't care about their customers, period! You request them to contact you and they just don't. They are not user friendly and if you miss a payment, they charge you a penalty fee of R207! I started a new job and we only get paid on the last day of the month. I am beyond frustrated with them! The woman in the shop couldn't even assist me properly!
A client of Outsurance drove into the back of me in the beginning February 2022. She admitted fault and sent me her details. I had to pay R4000 out of my own pocket for my excess to have my car fixed. My insurance company put in a claim against Outsurance to have the R4000 paid back to me as it was their client that caused the accident. To date I have not received a SINGLE CENT back from Outsurance! This is absolute shameful on Outsurance's part! They claim to be "so good" but at the end of the day, they just don't give a damn! They have ZERO integrity! So to anyone thinking of taking out insurance with Outsurance, DON'T! If they can't even settle this, how are they going to settle claims for their own clients! Save yourself the trouble and look for a other I surance company. And to Outsurance, I'm waiting for you to contact me with an explanation..... ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!
The ladies in accounts and reception are so rude! No people skills at all and totally unprofessional. They also do not inform people of things that change at the practice that the patients should know of, such as being billed for a telephone call to the doctor when it was not like that before. The accounts lady that tells their patient that they are being ridiculous when you querie it. Wrote an email to the doctor about it and he is min ge spin and defends his staff for being insufficient. He still expects me to pay for those telephone calls. I will no longer be going there. I have a doctor that is R260 cheaper and does not charge for telephone calls. And the reception staff are friendly and helpfull and they also always keep their patients informed.
No service from them! I asked them to call me and I submitted a claim online and have heard nothing! I have been paying them since 2018. I will inform the major dealership that introduced me to them and advise them of this unacceptable, sorry excuse of a company, so that they do not offer it in the future to their clients. Unacceptable! It feels as if they are just stealing your money! Do not take a policy out with them. Read the reviews about them, all bad!
