Ordered a custom made pressed ceiling side board unit. Took 4 months longer to receive it than what was communicated to us. Received a unit which is not to our specifications. Communication was extremely poor and I had to remind them of our order twice. However pretty the piece is, it is not worth the hassle of getting it made and delivered or sending it back to be corrected as originally requested.
Such inconvenience and irritating having the delivery date change without any notification or consultation. Already infuriating having no options for delivery days, and having to clear a whole day’s schedule to accommodate a delivery which may occur any time of the day. Now I see the delivery date has been changed without notice, and I have to re-arrange everything again. The point of online shopping is the convenience but this is ridiculous! At least then give the option of changing the address of the delivery easily or have a real life person to call to talk to about the options! And send a notification email!
Ordered food from Centurion branch online like always. Online it says R15 delivery, same as always, which is fine. Then tonight I get a phone call, the food is on the way but delivery is now R25. But the food is on the way and just letting you know... So it depends on who’s working how much delivery is? Or how is that determined?
There is an unauthorized sim swap pending on my number, which I reported on Saturday and was assured that it has been canceled. After receiving several messages yesterday and today that the issue has NOT been resolved and the sim swap is still pending, I must please contact Vodacom, I am now told that since I’m not the account holder I am not allowed to know anything about it. My husband who is the account holder asked me to phone because he is unavailable. If you check your records you will hear the guy on Saturday first wanting to do a swap for me over the phone (even though there is supposed to be a block on the account so that it cannot happen over the phone which he also confirmed) and then assuring me that the transaction has been stopped. I can’t stop it or ask anything about it but SOMEONE AUTHORIZED IT without my husband’s consent in the first place? Do you understand that this is a scam to get his banking information? Which he is unavailable to stop (and it was supposed to be taken care of already) and I am not allowed to stop...
I really dislike being treated like the difficult customer after I've been patient and friendly. Holding the line again and again after 4 people told me they'll phone me back to let me know what happened to my delivery which was booked for yesterday morning. ( I thought booking a time slot was to ensure that someone will be there to receive it? Now I'm told mine was rescheduled without anyone bothering to tell me?) Then when someone does actually find out what's going on and phone me back, he is irritated because I complain about the lack of communication on your part and afterall, the delivery is just late and what? it doesn't look like it's important to be on time anyway? This whole mess really makes me wonder why I recommend you to people. And btw, I've been a loyal online customer since 2013. Good to know how much you actually value your customers.
<p>We bought a custom cupboard from their home & kitchen design department end October last year. <br />First off the courier company they use, didn't deliver the 1 package with all the hardware in which took 3 weeks to replace and then were the wrong sizes. <br />The whole point of going to them was so that they could design & work out all the measurements, cut the wood and drill the pre-existing holes for where everything is supposed to go. Instead, half of the wood was cut wrong , half of the unit doesn't have an assembly plan and the drawers (which fits into the custom unit under the cupboard) doesn't even have measurements which means they gave (and keep giving) us the wrong stuff. Along with having to cut most of the wood (and therefore edge it ourselves as well), we now have to also draw a plan for the drawers and work out all the measurements so that the 3 drawers can fit into the unit. We paid a lot of money to save ourselves the time & hassle of everything we've ended up having to do and still have to do. This includes going to the store to explain or return something and spending an hour and a half waiting in the store today to cut and edge some parts for the drawers (which we have to cut again because it's still not right). If they had told us it will be this difficult to do ourselves, we would have paid the installation fee and have them sort out their own mess. <br />The whole experience is completely tedious and unprofessional with agitated staff giving us attitude as if we created the mess in the first place. <br />At this stage Builders can actually just come and take the thing and give us our money back so that we can buy a cupboard from a professional company.</p>
We just watched Deadpool which is 16SLV. There was a child in the cinema. When asked by employees, he said his dad said it's ok. Irresponsible, bad parenting aside, how does a 10 year old (or maybe younger) get into the cinema in the first place Ster Kinekor? And why wasn't he removed and his parents phoned?
Just want to share my week @Delmas PNP... 4 days after beginning of month weekend, shelves are still empty of basics like Panado. Second time I get yelled at by employee for not knowing they only ever order 2 boxes of Bicarbonate of Soda so why am I even asking if they have any. Today just got ignored when the trollies were stuck & I couldn't get one out. There are never any prices on anything on the floor, the shelves are mostly empty and the employees are some of the unfriendliest people I've ever met. <br> Just wanted to share and say thanks for making my life just a little bit more difficult and waisting my time since I can't ever just stop at one store and get everything I need.
Bought shoes online from them and due to a connection error, a huge misunderstanding occurred. Everyone at Pitta-Patta did an amazing job to help and specifically Karla was extremely helpful and friendly. They truly went out of their way to accommodate me and I recommend them to anyone looking for high quality, COMFORTABLE shoes for kids. Also the only shoes I found that stayed on when my baby crawled...<br> But outstanding customer service guys!
