I booked myself a room on the 27th of July. I got room number 4. Which has a joining door to room number 5. The guests in room number 5 decided to play their music loudly and talk loudly till well after 12 am. I could not find any staff to sort this out. I really expected more of a so called 4 star hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to any one.
I have sent in all the original invoices to the Road accident fund for a refund as part of my settlement. The documents were picked up by SP Kubjana from the Road accident Fund on the 10th of July 2024. Since then i have been struggling to get any feedback regarding my refund. I have spoken to three consultants at the road accident fund ( Ref: C-20240813-001881). Yet im getting nowhere. Its been more than a month since they received all my documentation. My settlement documant states within 14 days of receiving the documents, my refund would be settled. I do not understand whats taking this long. And why im not getting any feedback regarding my refund.
I paid to have my car washed at Sasol Walker Drive. Three hours later and my car was washed extremely bad. More than half the staff are lazing around while customers wait for their vars to be washed. This is seriously the worst experience ive had with a carwash. The staff clearly runs the carwash. And not the managers or Owners. I will never support them again. And i would urge other clients to rather go to Bay West car wash. The wait is the same yet they are cheaper and do a proper job.
I placed an order on the app. I made payment via the app for the product. The amount went off my account yet takealot says i did not make payment. I sent two queries via their app. Sat on hold for over ten minutes waiting for any one to pick up the phone. No one did. Im not getting any response or feedback from takealot. I am truly disappointed.
