Unfair billing practices. I have cancelled my services with Vox, returned the equipment, paid for additional month, and still have an outstanding amount because apparently, I owe them a router back from 2022. This is unacceptable. Would not recommend using Vox Fiber.
Firstly, take note that Elite Mobile is affiliated with Vodacom. On two occasions, I have experienced ****-like offers from them. They provide you with as little information as possible about the offer, in hopes of tricking you into placing it with them. Please be very careful when they contact you. They will continue pressuring you, until you eventually give in. This has happened to me twice this year. They ensure you that what they offer you is legitimate, but I can assure you, it is not. They definitely lie about their products. I warn you. Please be cautious when you accept a call from them. They will sweet talk you with a load of *******. They only provide you with the minimum term and conditions, and present you with an almost unrealistic "amazing" offer. If it does not make sense to you, it most likely isn't legitimate. They also did not send me any proof of what was ordered, or ultimately, the cancellation thereof. This is absolutely absurd and unacceptable. Elite Mobile should be flagged as *****ulent. That entire department makes use of disgusting marketing tactics to procure purchases.
Absolutely pathetic service! This is probably the unhappiest I have been with this service provider. Lies, and marketing tactics, and lies. I placed an order on the 13th of May 2023, waited, and nothing processed. I then met a Frogfoot sale's agent on the 26th, that made a new order, cancelled my previous order as well, to apparently "speed up and quicken the service." He also said that it was a new order and that I would qualify for the 4 month special reduced price. Later, he then said that I do not. But I do, because it is a new order, and all orders before the 30th of June qualify. The order the completed within a week or two with NO INTERNET or INSTALLATION done. I was then billed for the entire month, yet again, with NO INTERNET or INSTALLATION? I emailed them, contacted them, to no avail. Not a single call back. Then, I received the modem for the previous order (cancelled order?), and then another modem for the new order that he had made for me. Still, guess what? NO INTERNET or INSTALLATION? Then I waited, and waited for installation. They then called me to arrange installation 2 weeks after I had been billed for the month. Then, I get a call, that the ONT had been damaged, and a new one had to be ordered. Still, stories, and lies, and nonsense. They then came to install my cables, in the corner of my apartment (absolutely useless) after they told me that I would be able to move the ONT and Fibre ready to wherever I wanted it in the apartment. Lies, lies, lies and more lies. Then, after installation, the fibre didn't work. I called Vox, and they couldn't assist. Now they are sending out a technician tomorrow. Pathetic, pathetic, PATHETIC service! I am truly disgusted at this. I do NOT recommend Vox as a service provider to anyone. I have been incredibly frustrated now since the start, with no help. Absolutely useless. I now have three orders to my name, with three modems. According to Vox I, I am fully connected. Vox called me to the other day to ask me whether I am happy with my internet, to which I rep**** (I don't have anything, what are you even talking about?). P A T H E T I C. They don't even know what the hell is going on in their own business. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I would recommend this service centre to everyone. They are incredibly friendly, efficient and keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle. Nothing less than top notch customer support. Excellent service quality! Thank you so much. 5 Stars.
