It has been a month now since I first phoned and got my reference number. Still a no show!!! ANd wen I call now I get transferd and then the person on the other end hangs up on me. Will never recommend to any one.

Can someone please advise me who I can talk to regarding mobile service in my area. I'm fed up with Vodacom and want to move the business to mtn but the coverage is not good enough . Please advise
Samsung A32 the worst cellphone I ever had, 1 month old and the problems started. That was in Desember 2021 and it has been in for repairs 6 times after that. Spoke to customer care and they told me to take it back to the dealer witch is Vodacom, 6 months later and I still don't have a cellphone that is in working order. Please tell me why you can't replace a faulty device!!!
I have a Samsung A32 that has a software fault. This really is unacceptable. My devices has been going back and forth and nothing has been done. Device has been with the repair center for almost more then a month and returned back . After testing the device again after they returned it does the exact same thing. I have send the videos showing the glitches every time the devise went in for repair. First repair was 4/11/2021 a month after I received the device and been in for repair 5 times after that and still not fixed. Last response I got was there is nothing wrong with the fone.
