After Sleepmasters' warehouse failed to deliver my bed as promised, I cancelled the order. Now, their head office is dragging their feet on refunding my money. It's clear their warehouse issues stem from head office incompetence. It's unacceptable to make customers wait so long for a refund.
"Im extremely disappointed with Sleepmasters' service, particularly their warehouse and supply chain management( JD GROUP)I purchased a bed from Sleepmasters at Middestad Mall in Pretoria on December 18th, specifically informing them that I needed it before Christmas for a ceremony. I received an SMS confirming delivery on December 21st, but it never arrived. When I enquired about the delay, the store contacted JD Group, who promised delivery on December 24th around 4 pm. However, I received another SMS pushing the delivery date to December 29th. Visiting the store, I found that JD Group wasn't responsive, citing high delivery volumes. Other Sleepmasters stores in Mthatha and Butterworth also lacked stock, as JD Group failed to deliver to them or clients. Their lack of care, especially during peak season in the Eastern Cape for boys' ceremonies, is unacceptable. Their attitude seems to be "people will see what to do." Given today's ceremony and the bed's non-arrival, I'm likely to cancel my order. Sleepmasters should prioritize customer service training for their staff to avoid losing business due to incompetence and lazy people whom can't even take calls from branches.its so sad they know exactly how this bed works in Dec but they seem not be trained for peak up season I wish they can swap their staff with pretoria middestad staff they tried everything they can to assist me but unfortunately their warehouse did us dirty.i thank them for their patiency.
I am at Ayanna stores,I laybeyed items and fortunately items were on special then I bought cash those items that were on my laybye. I asked for refund because I lost slip the Management is exchanging words for not reading slip ,I want my refund they to give me voucher of which I don't need it.i want my money back but I lost my slip.so why they did not emphasize that if you lost their slip they don't refund you they give you voucher even if you give them your ID documents. I do not need their voucher they were suppose to make me aware of the matter
I bought a school trouser at PEP store but it was not fitting well I returned it and asked to try another size since the issue is the waist of the trouser ,so the other new size for the school grey was still small I asked if I get the one with elastic they don't have ,I must take 32 I said it will be too big I will prefer refund and check other stores ,they called the manager Gloria she gave me a hell of attitude infront of customers accusing me of changing a trouser at 16:45 of today 2025_07_24 shouting am telling her to check her slip it was yesterday slip,she talks with attitude making it as if I have done something wrong infront of customers they way she was angry they gave R30 change instead of correct amount I had to tell them guys that not the whole amount refund .my problem is that why is she having attitude making others as if they did something wrong while she is the one who failed to read information in her slip.Gloria needs to be nice towards customers
I am very disappointed from the management and sales person Kabelo at B+d auto spare body Silverton Pretoria, we ordered a manual side mirror for Toyota Rummilon they promised it will arrive following day as am asking my brother about how far the mirror is picked that they sold the electronic mirror instead of manual I called the kabelo and explained that the car is manual the side mirror you guys ordered is not compatible to the car he said he can not change and asked about their policy for exchange they mentioned that they charged 20% but his manager refused to change the order for us to manual he said he can not return of which we also can not use it ,it's not even closer to what we need he became rude and angry he was actually ready for fight.we did not even take their mirror and our money is with them as they don't wanna fix the issues neither taking the ,20% so that we can look for the right mirror for the car the management refused .we R4550 for free because the item is still with them as we could not take it because it's not what we wanted they say we can tell mechanic to spray the mirror to be black and install capables for auto since the car uses manual.
Ward 7 might as well be converted to public hospital the management there has house rules that suits their own needs.very selfish they act like the hospital its theirs.imagine they tell parents with small babies not to sleep on bed during the day but only at 10 and wake them up at 5 to put the babies on chair with them if they crying .for that matter they patient to down and fetch their refund at reception if they have problem.i hope our Padiatric will assist on this matter let their ward not be a s**** yard of ward.why cant we receive same treatment of their 3rd floor.if a person consider taking their kids to medforum they might as well think twice
I bought a TV at fair price vermeulen pretoria.when the driver delivers it,it was broken and he return with it back to the store.now they dont wanna deliver a new one and replace that one they say i must wait for driver to charged and do further investigation.this store is making their issues mine i want a new tv no stories of how they deal with it.their region S.Malik is not even attending my emails. Their packaging is very bad they mix fragile staff witj beds and fridge but they expect good condition for deliveries.i hate this store i need my money back
I bought a car at Toyota Manlyn end january ,within two weeks i reported that the batterie is giving me problems i needed to jump started the car now and then i called Oupa who was assisting me and informed him,he said i can bring it back to change it to my suprise they never change it they said they have tested it its working fine,a two month down the line batterie gave me a problem got stuck even if we jump start the batterie the car could not started only to find out that the batterie is finished flat. I called Toyota to inform them that the batterie gave me problem since the car is under warrant and batterie is one year warranty can they give me a new batterie they told me that its out of warranty i asked how so they say it bought in 2018 so they replace it for me. So my question was i only bought the car in them 2022-01_28 and never disclose to me that the batterie life spam is over .they sold it like that within 3 month i had to buy myself a new batterie because toyota mainlyn treated me unfairly and o wrote them email demanding further explanation but they never even bother to respond
