They bottle up a simple help request. They've been bad since they became this greenish brand.

I bought two machines. Meat slicers the other didn't work as promised but they collected it. I'm happy with the return process.
When I placed my second order early this year, I was unaware that they were not fully operational and their phone was offline... after inboxing their Facebook, they sent me the tracking number and I received it. Please post a notice stating that you are working on renovations. Anything that indicates you will be back in May cmon.
I have received my package and in good order. It was an import and took 8 days to deliver.
