Poor service and clientele doesn't come came to you with answers I have been waiting a month for them to come back to me and that the agreement are still agreed upon. I hope this communication finds you well. I have just seen that you will be debited R700.00 more than what you had initially agreed on. I am sorry about this as it was incorrectly captured by my system As I was talking to your creditors in particular accounts the incorrect installment was captured. If you haven’t been debited, we can give you our banking details to deposit the R2200.00. If the money has gone off, then we can reduce your installment for month 2 to make up for the error committed. I am really for the inconvenience caused Kind regards
Listen here Capitec Bank finance loan department I'm only going to say this once bug me again after I send you guys 2 emails stating my payment dates are rondom and witch you broke contract agreement so there for keep on pushing your lock you will see what happens next. You guys don't even bother to open a f email or read a letter so now I'm still waiting for you to answer your f email with the letter attached to it and the lady I spoke to still haven't sent me an email where I can send it directly to the bright spark who thinks can do what ever he or she wants. And take note from 1 bad review from customer reach 10 others those 10 will tell 10 others how bad Capitec actually is and if you don't answer this email where is was told to send to CentralisedCollections@capitecbank.co.za .it's not my F problem you should consider finding new job profession

My reason for giving the review is because the service is very poor and the best part is I paid my outstanding balance of my loan in full today at least give your loyal customer some discount others banks give there loyal customers discount on full outstanding loan payments I paid my loan and didn't get anything from it only thing I was told to pay the full amount on my app what is showing no discount and on top of it had to pay R200 plus fee extra on it and they didn't even give me any proof that's paid in full I had to take a screenshot of my balance that says 0 and pull my own invoice that I can have proof how can anyone trust a bank like this I have been with them for years and this I how you guys treat your customers it's sickening how the service is

As a loyal customer who has been banking with Capitec for several years, the treatment I have encountered is unprofessional and disappointing and distressing, particularly in light of my current circumstances. I recently app**** for a loan to cover urgent medical procedures required by my mother. Despite providing all necessary documentation, including details from the hospital, my application was denied. The reason cited was my employer's irregular payment schedule, which does not align with a specific day each month. However, this has been a known factor since the inception of my account, and it was agreed that payments could be made anytime between the 26th and the 1st of each month. Despite adhering to this agreement and ensuring full payment of each month, I have been erroneously placed in arrears for 12 months. This has unjustly affected my credit standing and, subsequently, my eligibility for the much-needed loan. The refusal to assist a long-standing customer in a time of medical emergency, based on a unilateral decision that deviates from our initial agreement, is unacceptable. I urge you to review my case, correct the discrepancies in my account, and reconsider my loan application. Good day Takealote team and management I'm very unhappy with your service i have brought to you guys attention about a 3de camera system that was send back with 2 others i was told by your driver to do so that she explained that the 2 camera system came as 1 unit and the 3de 1 was a single unit that I must put them all together in 1 box just to find out later on that im only being paid back for 2 cameras and not 3 that was taken as return refunded to my bank account wich I'm still waiting on my R3450 that i should be paid for and not R2302 i have emailed and phone only thing that I keep on getting is a reference number [N79N7V-5P345] this is my last reference u just want my F money back asap this I the first time that this **** has happened and I'm getting fed up with you guys just because on your app it still gives me the option to log the 3de camera as a return still witch i dont even have you guys are sitting with the 3de camera system and the help i have been getting is useless i have been help at least by 5 deferent people and still the issue has not been resolved its been 7 days now of witch I'm still waiting on that R2302 that is a incorrect amount that should be R3450 all together with the camera you guys have there after all your drive took them all now I'm sitting in this **** of fighting with you just to get all my refunded money back every single rand that you owe me it's your employee fault for this **** not my mistake and the best of all i emailed you guys today and just to end up being ignored still waiting on my unsure on that same email and i send screen shots of the camera's that i should be getting that amount back on. I have 1 huge problem with you guys at capitec bank about our agreement between client and employee at capitec bank about our agreement for when my money will be available and when it will most likely be paid in now this is the 3de time you guys come and threaten me with your bull **** SMS and call a person can only explain so much why there are agreement and arrangements for when you are allowed/ and can get your money. If this continues I will take you all to court for harassment and break of contract agreement . Good day I have a huge problem with you guys 1 of your stuff members are arising my wife every time she go's there to pickup stock for the company and ever single time she says no the guy keeps on sending someone to ask for her phone number or following her everywhere in the store if this probleme those not get resolved I wil be forced to take extra precaution to keep my wife safe from your stuff and I wil bring in law in enforcement if you can't keep this guy in control how you keep asshols like that working for you is a surprise to me but it should be resolved ASAP. Rain is the worst network ever, they have incompetent technicians. You will be waisting your money! They have the worst after sales service, the network is unstable, they don’t respond to queries, Even when you try to log a complaint there website kicks you out in matter of 10 seconds. Even my next door neighbor sins been having trouble getting any internet connections it's not like there's no cell tower available there's more then enough round here to connect to. It's now been 5 days since I had this router with its problems that no 1 came back to me yet
