This company keeps on phoning me to try and set up a meeting with one of their consultants and when questioned on where they got my details the rude lady put the phone down in my ear. I will never use this company!!
I'm being harrassed by Discovery advisors who constantly phones to try and get an appointment with me to look at my financial affairs. I'm not interested and asked numerous times now for Discovery to stop contacting me on this but no one is taking any action to remove my details from your contact list. Please cease and desist all communication with me by your advisors.
SPAMMING!! I've requested them to remove me from their email spam list numerous times, sent various emails to people in their company to stop spamming me but they don't bother. They read the emails but no action. If this is how bad they are at this, imagine how useless they will be at actully serving you.
<p>I ordered a pizza from Debonairs Woodmead Retail Park. The pizza only arrive an hour and half later and was ice cold,the dot turned black and the driver claimed he got lost. I phoned the manager on duty and he immediately knew who I was and about my order that was so late and he promised the next pizza is free as Debonairs advirtise. He promised a note was made about this and whenever I come back I will get the next one free. When I ordered a pizza there again tonight the staff didn't know what I was talking about,vague looks and the manager claimed to have no recollection. I even showed the previous order and reminded them their driver stuttered very badly as a way for them to recall the incident but nothing. They insisted I pay for my order. If this is how Debonairs treat customers and lie about their promises then I will never buy from Debonairs again!!</p>
<p>I've received call after call from Liberty concultants trying to set up meetings for their brokers. I've never given permission to Liberty to contact me for marketing purposes and I've repeatedly asked for my number to be removed from Liberty's contact list but the calls keep coming.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is harrassment!! Please remove my telephone number from all your listings and stop calling me. I can't wait for POPI to put an end to this type of harrassment!!</p>
<p>I want to re-activate my diverts and apparantly with Vodacom it can only be done via the call centre, not by any other means. You have to call in and you have to sit for hours and wait in the auto queue system. My first two calls today were both dropped as the person on the other side picked up, thus forcing me to phone again and again. Third time I've been holding for the next avaialble consultant now for 45 minutes and still no answer. All this effort to re-activate diverts and still not activated??? Unaccepatble poor service. Please activate all diverts and phone me to confirm.</p>
I complained a week ago on Hellopeter about Santam's claims card and about their poor attitude towards long standing loyal customers needs. Santam hasn't even bothered to read or respond to my complaints so if that doesn't show everyone how bad their customer service is I don't know what will.<br> <br> Absolutely pathetic.
Santam paid out my claim in the form of a drawcard that has very limited use. They're trying to make it as difficult as possible to spend my claim money after paying my premiums diligently for 13 years. When I took it up with their complaints centre with Fatima, she informed that their decision to use a drawcard is final and they will not pay the claim out in cash. Take it or leave it is the message. When I then tried to cancel the house content portion they wanted to hike the premiums and the call centre then promised to keep the remainder of the policy the same at the same premiums (go listen to your own calls Santam!). The very next day I get my policy document and all premiums were hiked with 30%!!!!! How dishonest!!<br> Santam is happy to take your money every month but should you ever want to claim it will be on their terms, whether it helps you or not. They are most likely getting kick-backs on these cards, that's why they are willing to throw their loyal and long standing customers under the bus.<br> Shame on you Santam, for the bad way you treat your long standing loyal customers and your unwillingness to help to your customer. I will warn people of this practice of yours!
