I bought a contract router with MTN online and the service was great, I then received my package and when it arrived there were issues with it, I called in and a very nice lady said I need to take it to my nearest MTN store of which I did. I took the router to MTN Queenstown Nonesi Mall wherein I waited for over 30 minutes, ppl on their phones yes, they were assisting clients but at no given time were they hosting despite the store being full, whilst rebooting phones no one serviced the clients that were in the que myself included. I was called to service teller 3 that lady was so rude, she bluntly told me she will not assist me and since I work with online people I should go back to them. The attitude as I asked how come no one assisted through working the que because had I known I wasn't going to be assisted I would have left. It is the manner she said it when I told her I was told to come by the call centre at which she responded I should go back to them. I didn't expect her to stop servicing clients which she told me she would never do. I didn't know that buying online means I cannot access services, or it is a gateway to receive bad attitude from staff at the stores. Being told that because I work with online, I should go back to them was uncalled for. When we see the MTN brand we associate it with high standards and adequate customer service and not rudeness franchise or not. Call centre agents should be called to teach others what customer service is. MTN your staff can do better and there was no visible name tag hence I cannot say the name. I was told to go back online so I guess complaining online is also fitting.
I went to Edgars Menlyn mall in Pretoria to purchase a foundation met a lady called Phumzile hopefully the name is correct, she was so amazing she has the best customer service, she is patient and willing to help especially if you are new to the brand. Because of her I can safely say I was convinced already put on an order definitely a keeper.
Went to the nonesi mall branch in Queenstown must say was extremely with the service rendered every staff member I interacted with was friendly and willing to assist, customer service was exceptional and would recommend anyone to visit the branch
I wouldn't advise anyone to get a contract with cell c... I had a contract with them which expired in 2021 last year i found out whilst doing a credit profile that i owed them when i enquired i was told i owed 5 rand after back and forth of trying to understand what is was for with most not being able to tell me with one saying it was for postal which was strange considering i wasn't getting statements via post i eventually paid it and on 23rd of December it was loaded and I was told it would take 48 hours until today i haven't received that paid up letter i couldn't get a house for my kids because I am bad payer over 5 rand that no one can explain and they said there are no turn around times when I called i can only wait imagine
