Been trying to call fnb all day to make arrangements to payment my account. I been sent all around without getting assistance. I need to be called to be assisted as all the numbers and emails Im not getting help.
I am very unhappy how i am treated after i resigned in first week of March. I submitted all the requested documents for my pension and provident fund and till today i am not paid the HR for Miway Mymoena allie only decided yo submit my documents only now in May when i kept following up in April and was told it take 8weeks i am on my 11 week of not receiving my money that i workes hard for. She told me she submitted and gave me contacts numbers to follow up with Sanlam. Me now having to do her job following and i was advised they can not release as they still waiting for jer Response as to my resignation date and i advised this on Monday. Again doing her job following up and she has not done anything. I worked hard for my money this is the second Hello Peter message i am writing and this time i will not remove it until i get my money that i worked and served for. Mymoena told me on email i will get my funds in 10 working days from the 13th of May today marks the 9th day and with no way forward. I will never advise anyone to work for that company or uwe their services as they are ***********.
I worked for Miway insurance (short term) for nine months and i resigned. Miway then went and paid me a salary while i was waiting for my pension and provident fund. I was advised i was to get my pension and provident fund in eight weeks by Diana Ziqubu but its my ninth week and i have not received my money. When i enquire i am advised to pay the mistake salary they paid into my account then they can release my money. It was not my fault that they did not update their system that i resigned. Most of my colleagues who resigned received their money in three weeks but mine till today i haven't received it. I would not recommend this company to any one who wants to work or insure their items as they do not value thier stuff memebers. Further more Diana Ziqubu tells me they will not do anything about until i pay the salary they paid in Errors back... It's unfair, unheard of and unearthical to minus or deduct an Emoloyees package due to company errors or HR not being competent enough to check employees register and members. I will not rest until it's paid into my account soonest, it's mine, i worked for it, i served for it, it belongs to my family. Moena Allie is the Payroll managers refusing and telking staff to deal with me.
This company is a **** and its not legally registered. This company will borrow you a loan and u have to repay using a crocked link. They take your photo and edit it to nude pictures and hack your phone telling people that you sell your body. BE VERY CAREFUL I AM SUEING FOR DEFIMATION.
I previously complained at 1life about not receiving my rewards, the company contact me and advised they will get a call recording, their feedback took way longer then expected but i patiently waited on them, i received feedback from the complaints department after numerous emails i sent to Nikita Pillay. They provide me with feedback to say their consultate did not secify when i will receive my reward. I requested for the call and after listening to the call it was very loud and clear when 1lifes Consultant advised me on the call that i will receive my voucher after the call same day. I am highly disappointed with the service received from 1life. Consultants there are very *********** and i will definitely excalt this to the ombudsman.
A 1life consultant contacted me to re-instate my policy with telling me if i re-instate my policy i will get, R3000 voucher to use at checkers etc, he advised after our call i will get my policy documents nd i should download thier app to redeem my voucher - 6 days past without getting my policy documents and the voucher is still not available - i called yesterday spoke to a manager who advised they will get the recording of the call and get back to me i am highly disappointed withthe service received and the information given has not been verified as i habnt received my R3000 voucher.
I am extremely disappointed with Bayports services, you wait for an hour to get assistance, when i send emails requesting my settlement letter no response for the past 4 days now. They even have a WhatsApp number that is not in use for WhatsApp. I requested my settlement letter and still no response. My finance and i have been calling to get the settlement letter the lady she spoke to was Kelebogile who couldn't give us a call back but gave us a WhatsApp number that doesn't go thru, calling for the past four days without help. I need my settlement letter and account to be closed!!!! I competent service received but if u don't pay they call you 100 times.
I have never been so disappointed with a service provider before like MWEB zyxel- I was paid for the service online March but my installation only took place on the 28th of March. On the 6th of April my router is switched off , and I am told I owe when I haven't even used the service for even 30 days.its difficult to get ahold of the call centre as you wait till you run out of airtime,I sent emails with no response. No explanation as to why my router is off.
I just received my mweb zyxel wifi today my internet is not on i called the call center 4 times already no one can call me back and thier process takes long and each call i make i start all over again. This service is not on as its my first time i am highly disappointed.
Poor Service and would not recommend companies using their services The for the past seven weeks iv been enquirying about my provident and pension fund i was advised numerous times by Simphiwe that i will receive within 4-6 weeks. Then when u call and enquire again she changes to 6-9 weeks. Her service has been awful and terrible she has no customer service she will make u wait for 25 minutes on the line without telling me to hold - she will be chewing food on the line is incompetent. Last week i spoke to Shenaaz who is the administrator dealing with my claim and she advised that my payment will be made on the 7th which is today when i call to follow up again i speak to Simphiwe who tells me that Shanaaz is unavailable and that she was told by another administrator that i should follow up on my claim in the next two weeks - i am very disappointed with the service received from Cedar and the consultants and administrators. If this is not sorted out i will be heading to my lawyers by today. Cause they give clients false information and misleading them
