My experience with Hostinger has been extremely disappointing. I attempted to upgrade my VPS during the 30-day money-back period, assuming I could simply pay the difference — something every reasonable hosting provider offers. Instead, Hostinger’s upgrade system tried to charge me more than the total cost of buying the higher plan brand-new. To be clear: Upgrade cost in hPanel: US$ 249.29 Cost of buying the exact same VPS as a new customer: US$ 239.76 How does it make any sense that an upgrade costs more than a full new plan? It feels like Hostinger punishes existing customers instead of valuing them. Support acknowledged the issue but said they can’t fix it, can’t adjust the upgrade price, and can’t honor the actual advertised plan cost. Their “solution” was for me to cancel, wait for a refund, and then buy the VPS again — causing downtime and needless inconvenience. This is not a customer-first approach; it’s a rigid system that puts Hostinger’s process above common sense. Even the support agent admitted they could do nothing except offer small coupons, which still don’t fix the fact that the upgrade price is higher than a brand-new purchase. Hostinger needs to rethink this policy. Right now, upgrading with them is not just inconvenient — it’s irrational and unfair.
I’ve banked with TymeBank since 2021. The app and onboarding were great at first. But while travelling abroad, my account was hacked and emptied. Getting my password reset was a nightmare—support kept directing me to the app, which had no reset option. Years later I needed to reset my password again. The website’s reset function still doesn’t work. Because of this, I can’t use instant EFT services like PayFast or Ozow. Support has been disappointing: Phone: routinely >10 minutes to reach an agent (wasted airtime). Email: promised a reply within 24 hours; it took almost a week. As of 23 October 2025, the issue remains unresolved.
I’m writing to share my disappointment with PMC Jewellery regarding my recent order. The product I received was not what I had ordered. When I reported this, I was asked to send pictures of the product. 7 Days later I was told to file a refund. Since then I have not received any updates.
Hi. I had purchased and ricad an MTN sim card at a store, I requested for my cellphone number to be transfered to MTN. They had told me to wait 24 hours before I change sim cards. I did this but, lo and behold, I get the message that I am Rica Barred. This is terrible. Now I cannot get hold of them and my number is unavailble. This is terrible service.
