Still waiting for SBSA to reply to me or call or email me. The problem here is they think that they can bully and lie to people. I'm paying cash for a service I took up with them which they are not honoring in cover. There are 3 issues, please address it before taking anymore of my money.
Hi, Nolundi Thanks for the attachments, however this does not answer the issue at hand. My issue is that I was not notified that every years allocation cannot be app**** to an ongoing case. This doesn't make any sense at all, as it is a legal cover fee. The bigger issue at hand was that the 1st lawyer had stepped down due to policy failure to pay out. She was then paid after stepping down and this resulted in the court case becoming ongoing. Regards
I am still waiting for these useless people to contact me. They are quick to record conversations of owing funds but not for cancelling contracts. I will open a charge of ***** against the company and the manager of the Lenasia Virgin Active Gym. I didn't even know that I was listed for an amount that I would pay for a meal. ****** domkops.
So Covid hits and gyms close but we are still expected to pay even though we have no access to the gym. Forget this, I inform the gym and the call centre from cape town that I want to cancel because I don't have any time to visit and this was prior to Covid but what happens??? Ignored as usual because nobody wants to lose a client. Even after taking up personal training offers etc and paying them via debit and cash at the gym in Lenasia.
I'm still trying to understand how Nimble just randomly sends out emails to non account holders, stale debt, subscribed clients. What happened to the Debt collection board and are they aware of their methods of operation (Entrapment)? Can you imagine paying for somebody else's debt just because you fell victim and have a recycled cell number? Does the rules not apply to Nimble as other companies follow the rules.
Good day, I find it really strange that VA after been instructed to cancel my membership, blatantly ignores the instruction and furthermore notes it on the bureau which has now negatively impacted me. Please pull out your calls from Cape Town and see that I had given the above mentioned instruction. I even made cash payments at your VA Lenasia branch. I had instructed your branch to cancel and debit the cancellation fee. Should I comment about Covid and been charged fees when the gym is closed??? I am extremely annoyed and require an urgent response.
