Pathetic service
I have had very disappointing service from Freedom of movement regarding a damaged wallet. The service was practically non-existent. Very bad service. No one responds at all.0 replies

Worst customer experience ever!!!!!
Worst experience with Ted Baker online.... I purchased a handbag online on 2 July 2025 for R1799. I was told on 7 July 2025 that my order was canceled. No reason provided. And then only when I called to find out about my refund am I being told I need to wait another 10 days for my refund. WHAT DESPICABLE SERVICE IS THIS????? I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM TED BAKER AGAIN.2 replies

Despicable service from Woolworths
I am extremely disappointed with the despicable service from Woolworths. I canceled an online order a week ago, and the funds have not yet reflected in my account. Today when I call to enquire what's going on,I am told it will take another 5 days. What the hell takes so long to release our money back into our accounts?????????? Unacceptable service from FNB
I wish to place on record the disgraceful service received from FNB. They reversed a debit order without my permission and then expected me to rectify the matter and make the payment to the company. They just totally left me to resolve the issue with no assistance although it was all their fault in reversing a debit order without my permission. Poor customer service
I wish to share my very frustrating and disappointing service from Woolworths online delivery. I pay an express delivery fee,however my parcels are never delivered on time. Woolworths choses to use RAM Couriers who are most unreliable. It's a very poor reflection on Woolworths. My deliveries are never delivered on the stipulated date. I am deeply disappointed0 replies
