Pathetic service
I have had very disappointing service from Freedom of movement regarding a damaged wallet. The service was practically non-existent. Very bad service. No one responds at all.

Worst customer experience ever!!!!!
Worst experience with Ted Baker online.... I purchased a handbag online on 2 July 2025 for R1799. I was told on 7 July 2025 that my order was canceled. No reason provided. And then only when I called to find out about my refund am I being told I need to wait another 10 days for my refund. WHAT DESPICABLE SERVICE IS THIS????? I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM TED BAKER AGAIN.

Despicable service from Woolworths
I am extremely disappointed with the despicable service from Woolworths. I canceled an online order a week ago, and the funds have not yet reflected in my account. Today when I call to enquire what's going on,I am told it will take another 5 days. What the hell takes so long to release our money back into our accounts?????????? Absolutely ridiculous and unsatisfactory

Unacceptable service from FNB
I wish to place on record the disgraceful service received from FNB. They reversed a debit order without my permission and then expected me to rectify the matter and make the payment to the company. They just totally left me to resolve the issue with no assistance although it was all their fault in reversing a debit order without my permission. Totally unacceptable disgusting service from FNB.

Terrible service
I wish to share the absolutely disappointing service I received from RAM Couriers. Everything I order from Woolworths online, RAM Couriers does not deliver my parcels on the stipulated date. I pay an express fee for my parcels and they are never delivered on time. The customer service from RAM Couriers is terrible. Woolworths should stop using their services.

Poor customer service
I wish to share my very frustrating and disappointing service from Woolworths online delivery. I pay an express delivery fee,however my parcels are never delivered on time. Woolworths choses to use RAM Couriers who are most unreliable. It's a very poor reflection on Woolworths. My deliveries are never delivered on the stipulated date. I am deeply disappointed

Despicable service from Oneplan
I am writing a second complaint and review for Oneplan Pe Insurance, due to their despicable customer service to their clients. I am trying to load a claim as my pet is at the Vet and need assistance urgently, but I was cut off the telephone calls, and no response from them at all. They are the most useless, despicable, *********** company I have ever dealt with. Please do not use Oneplan as your pet insurance as you will get no help at all. They will take your monthly premiums and give you nothing. Absolutely terrible service.
