Having the worst experience with my withdrawals. I was told my account is under review. Im able to deposit and when i win Im told I cant withdraw my winnings. This is nonsense considering im depositing my money but I cant withdraw my winnings. Feels like a total ****. The app chat is useless and the call center number never works or it takes hours to get help.
Dont ever buy this companies washing machine worst experience of my life. Both Midea & Makro ****med of my hard work money for a washing machine that only worked for a week!
Worst company in South Africa. Dont ever buy any of the products you'll regret for ever. Still waiting on a refund for a washing machine that worked for 1 week that they refusing to pay.

Dont ever buy anything from this brand. They dont care about you and your customer service. Their products are problematic and when you ask to be assisted the technican and service agents dont care. Never in my life have a washing machine worked only for 2 weeks from new. And they blame you for the their faulty and terrible products and dont want to refund nor repair you for their service. I would NEVER EVER recommed anyone buying this product. Take my advise.
Worse experience in my life. Bought a washing machine online, machine broke in 2 weeks from opening. This was in August. I was told I wouldnt be getting any replacement, repair nor refund. The brand was Midea and after following thier instruction from the BOX & MANUAL BOOK, they said I didnt follow instructions which were labled black & white with warnings! This is terrible customer experience and would recommand to ever buy anything on Makro online and any Midea product in the future. Both the customer service agent from Makro was super unhelpful and highly disrespfuly and the service agents from Midea didnt careless about their customers.
