Unprofessional people
Unprofessional people answering calls, tell me I must say please before she will help me. Who does she think she is. I did pay the Vermaak outstanding bill, but they never told me that there is costs that I must pay for there work. Then they send you an sms again telling you in the sms its for your Vermaak account, dont lie, Vermaak is paid, say its the Landau acccount !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you have people to answer calls ?
Why does a company have telephone lines but never answer the call ??? When they do answer, you are put through to the next person and again no answer. Also dont answer emails !!!!!

What must a person do to get answers on ABSA Funeral cover ? When you send a mail to polserv@absa.co.za you get an automated reply and that's it, no reply after !

If have tried to contact this company on all the contact details, they do not answer. I bought 12 LED emergency lights in November 2020, of the 12 only 4 are still working !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
