Some of their personnel don't take customers seriously, went to buy a battery for my car remote ๐ the treatment I was given is appalling... you can't work with people if you're gonna not take them seriously
Disappointed in their service after 10 years of being their loyal customer. I was lured into upgrading my contract with a promise of paying less, statement came it wasn't the case. I was paying more, I called in & reversed the upgrade it was done but now they refuse me to cancel my contract ๐ค
After my 6 months black Friday special ended in June o was expected to pay R936 just because I changed the debit order date from the 25th to the 1st. Nothing was explained to me and my Tag is blocked ๐ซ but they still debited this month. I called on the 2nd of July & tried to negotiate but I was told to just pay๐๐
Most useless medical aid ever, I requested my medical aid certificate for tax returns and waited 3 days with no assistance, this morning at 9am I called and spoke to a consultant and Iโm still waiting even now. I canโt submit at SARS without that statement ๐๐ข
I arranged a debit order with them, 1 of vodacom customers paid my account by mistake, they picked it up from their system and allocated to the correct customer but didnโt have the audacity to call me to make a payment arrangement, instead they have been harassing me with calls/smses and emails. Iโm disappointed after more than 10 years of loyalty to them this is how they treat their customers

These ****** reactivated my subscription after I cancelled it 3 months ago! They continue to debit my money without my consent!

Such a reputable company, I'm disappointed. One of their guys called me to offer me a car insurance but couldn't beat my current car insurance and instead of keeping their word they sent me forms in Afrikaans ๐๐
MTN Network provider has given me a bad service till this day, I had bought a phone via contract last year June/July and It was insured. September I got hijacked and my phone was also taken. Filled in claim forms but till this day I have not received my phone. Involved lawyers but still no progress ๐๐
