Integrisure contracted them to come and look at my fridge that does not get cold. They came out 3 times to try and fix the fridge but could not get it right. They then logged a claim with Integrisure. I have been trying to get info from Kurt from K&R on several occasions. When I do eventually get hold of him, he keeps on telling me that he will come back to me but with NO response. fridge is still not fixed since middle of November 2023.
I had insurance through Integrisure. My fridge gave problems and still are. It makes like an ince of ice in the inside of the whole backside of the fridge about 45cm x 30 cm x 1 ince). The fridge is set at full on 5 and does not make anything cold. Permanent hot. They send Paragon out and their technician said there is nothing wrong with the fridge.
What an awesome first-time experience - wooow. The service and friendliness were just outstanding. The food was delicious and enormously tasty. The views are breathtaking. Will definitely become one of our new favorite places. Thanks for an awesome afternoon.
Previously outstanding service. This time absolutely terrible. I have been a customer for many years and always had great service. This time however it is really bad. The representative seems disinterested in assisting with issues pertaining to this claim. Poor to NO feedback. No urgency
