Securi-Lid Edenvale I had the best experience ever. My securi-Lid is way past 10 years. It needed a service. I managed to get hold of Craig whom assisted me promptly with his team. Although my securi-lid is very old and outdated they managed to repair my lock and service it. They not once made me feel like it is very old and needed to replace it. Instead they fixed and serviced it so well it can go for another 10 years! I even got extra gadgets for it! I will not purchase any other product BUT Securi-Lid. I have been to other securi-lid suppliers to assist in the past. I must add, I came all the way from Cape Town to Craig to assist me and I do not regret this at all. I will spend the time and fuel again going back to Edenvale Branch. To both Craig's and team thank you for assisting me! Thank you for giving me Christmas in June. Regards Erika Kruger
My business partner and I purchased a property on December 3rd 2024. Cape Town Stauss Daly Attorneys is handling the transfer. Lezanne Matthee Is the contact person dealing with the matter. We don't even have final figures to date. When we email we only receive a response a week later. I am so disappointed. This is one of many properties I have purchase and by far the worst experience ever. I am not happy at all with the way we are treated.
Useless. Do not answer a phones. Pretty useless. Dont read emails, cant even do admin in Cape Town accounts department. So disappointed in the accounts department I will never join the gym!
On 21 November VVM debt collectors called me saying I owed Ignite money. I have a confirmed cancelled from Ignite Fitness, a paid up gym contract from Candice Barron, stating my gym contract is cancelled and fully paid end of October 2023. I called the Cape Town finance number 20 times and could not get someone to answer the phone. Eventually when Someone did answer I was cut off 14(!) times. I got hold of Candice Barron. She confirmed I did not owe anything to Ignite and asked me to resend my documentation. Upon which I received a reply from Jessica Malgas (retentions Agent) NOT READING the mail, replying I am owing money for October 2024. The whole email is my cancellation confirmation correspondence, the amount I needed to pay (then paid) to end my contract of Oct 2023. Today 30 Nov 2024 VVM Debt collectors called me again saying I was handed over. After 7 calls today (again) to Ignite Fitness Cape Town and 1 email I decided to send this email. What a very disappointing experience. This will only keep me from joining any Gym in the future. i hope Ignite Fitness will sort this out promptly.
I booked a flight 20 Feb at 9am, for the 21st of Feb. I took a more expensive flight as the time was better for me. At 5pm, 20 Feb, an email was sent to me saying I am rebooked on a new flight (later the same day) I did not see my mail and arrive at the airport at 05:45am. I then found out my flight is cancelled and I am flying at a less convenient time. I asked the lady at Cemair what I should. She referred to the cemair desk. I asked them what I can do they said I should call after 7am and explain to them. But i am booked on the next flight and they can not assist me. At 6:50am I booked in and called the call centre, where the gentleman explained to me I SHOULD NOT HAVE EXCEPTED THE FLIGHT AND CANCELLed the flight. Got a refund. And rebooked. 2 different counters of cemair could not explain this to me. So in the proses it cost me R600 more. Please be aware of this. Cemair is a great flying experience. Unfortunately staff is not well enough trained and the airline is not as jacked up as other airlines. Pity. Makes you want to think twice before using them
I have made a few purchase from them in the past 2-3 years, and their service have excellent. The after care service I received was even better. I am very impressed about the staff's knowledge about the products. Thank you
Ano's transport moved some of our vehicles. Care were taken uploading and downloading them. The drivers were very considerrend and cautious. I would most definitely use Ano,s Transport again. I wish them well travels in the future!
So disappointed. Booked a light flight and return a flight with a bag. Added a bag on the same booking. Only getting to the airport that my flight shows 2 light flights. The person assisting at the airport could not see my extra bad. So disappointing as the system can not show my flights only codes - so they can not check - although i have a screenshot showing the flight and amounts. Very upsetting as I feel Safair's admin is bad. Flight prices keep changing as flights get fuller and closer to time. My advice PRINT ALL YOUR FILGHT PRICES AND DETAILS WHEN BOOKING
A big shout out to Flysafair. My bag "go left behind" in jhb. I arrived @10:40am in Cpt. My bag was just delivered to my home on the west coast, perfect condition, by a friendly Staff memeber of Airport Bag Delivery @20:20 on the coldest winters evening. Thank you so much! And for the Man, sorry I did not get your name, whom delivered my bag a special thank you! He is driving all the way back now. I do appriciate it!
