Dr GE Neuhoff After getting approval from Discovery Medical Aid for spinal relief pain, injections were administered in the hospital, thereafter Discovery rejected the claim stating that they do not cover pain relief. Not knowing what all the hospital codes are at the time when being admitted to the hospital, it was duly assumed that all was in order as Discovery approved what was going on between the hospital and Dr Neuhoff. Not so we are now being held responsible for the account? This situation must be known by Dr Neuhoff as surely this is not the first time or probably the last time that we are being taken by the medical profession

in dealing with Outsurance you call the call center and state your business, fine then you will be referred to the claims agent who will call you back, fine. Then the trouble starts with receiving a message on your phone stating that you were unavailable, please call so and so and the whole circle starts again ID cell no E Mail address D of B and we will refer you again and call you back. This happens up to 7 or 8 times, then today the call center says please dispose of your broken glasses and take a picture of them ? I asked where must I take the picture, in the rubbish's bin or what because after all you have a picture already of the broken glasses the original invoice for proof of purchase and the quotation from Supersavers for the replacement. Apparently this is from the Salvage dept, so I told the lady to come to my house and fetch the salvage herself, what a circus this company with its high tech. Goodbye Outsurance
Never ever use RAIN it is one way traffic They sell you there services but never honour the terms and conditions when cancelling the service They just keep on billing you now 5 months and still no cancellation They are meant to collect the modem to cancel the service but never do Where this will eventually end I do not know but please don’t fall into the RAIN trap
