I app**** for loan at this business and I was thrilled when they said I was approved as someone whose under debt review. To my surprise I was advised that according to their policy I had to pay an initiation fee of more than 3000 to access the approved funds. I don’t know if it’s normal business practices with lenders to demand that much before getting the approved loans. I felt very sceptical when I requested the admin person there to elaborate why must I pay to get money shouldn’t they take the admin service fee from the actual loan. And she mentioned that it’s their company policy that I have a right to decline the offer. That as it is was a huge red flag as she failed to assure me that the money will be paid to my account as soon as I pay them the huge amount of service fee. I am aware that most companies write their own reviews to **** people. She further stated tone that I should check HelloPeter there’s nothing in them. I’m just not sure about this business practices
I bought food at Uber Eats for R108 today and Uber ride immediately debited 500rand from my account. I tried calling their customer service number many times and the answering machine keeps on redirecting me to the App to log in and email my concerns. I am very furious because since I have been texting and no one is responding I even screen shot the incidence but no one is responding. My sister also went through the same thing with them and it’s been 4 months now saying they are investigating I refuse to be my sister and wait in vain. They must reimburse my money. It’s ********
My name is Nompumelelo Chauke I had initially signed up for clientele perks which I decided I do boot need and stopped the debit mandate or debit check. However they keep on attempting to debit from my account. I sent an email however they are not helping. This is frustrating as it is causing unnecessary bank charges that I shouldn’t have to pay because in cancelled. I have never been so frustrated with the level of service I received from Exclusive Hair. I bought the wig online on the 13th of July thus far haven’t received my package. I have been talking to their different client services agent and none has been able to assist instead they tell me they have a backlog. I asked why then didn’t you outline that when I placed the order as I needed the hair for a wedding I was attending. When I requested to cancel they said they don’t have a cancellation policy I’ll have to stick it out and wait for my order to be delivered as from when 🤷🏾♀️. Thus far I’m waiting I have to do the follow ups as no one is contacting me. I will never ever again purchase anything from them again.
