At the end of February 2025 I went to Vodacom and MTN looking to take out wifi. I then seen the deal Telkom offered, and then took the deal out with them, being told if it doesn't work for you we will refund you, but don't worry there is coverage in your area you won't have a problem. I have been back to the shop after thtasta complained that it was not working. The manager then said to me go and try this router if, it doesn't work we will then refund. All I wanted was wifi so I could use my phone and watch movies but to no avail was this happening. I returned everything to the shop at trade route mall and the manager asked me to state on email what I experienced. I done that and sent it on to him, to date nothing has been done. I am now at a stage where I'm ready to explode, for the lack of communication, service and support.
****ers when do they stop but I have had it today. Early in Jan 2024 there were job vacancies advertised so I did an application for my daughter. I received a response saying she is short listed. Today she received an SMS so she showed it to me. To my surprise the first time ever have I heard of **** like this. Pay R250 for the training first and then email the proof of payment and than she will receive the place of training. I would like to upload the email from today please. Department of employment and labor.
It's been 3 weeks I had a complaint and to date I still have not received an email or a call from them. I have a problem the a packet of huggies. See I look after my grandchild, and huggies isn't cheap where I can just buy another packet.
Good day In every business you have quality control,this is to check goods before it's sold. Where is Mr Price quality check .I have sent emails and to date no response. I have three pairs of slippers which I received as presents. I can't wear them as it looks like I have two left feet. What service do you call this.
Good Day Due to COVID I lost my job now Aug 22 it will be 2 years I have been sending my CV out,I have been going for interviews. But today it's not your qualifications that counts it's who you know. I still don't have a job. SABC contact centre agents keeps phoning and sending sms's demanding that I pay,how do I pay when I don't have the money,I can't even put a decent plate of food on the table. I don't deny I have to pay. Until I get a job I can then start paying accounts that I have. It is bad not having a job and still getting these calls n sms's demanding money pls help.
