We overpaid fees last year June 2025 and we have been sending numerous emails to Lucy to release our money, she promised to release when school open but now she is not taking our calls or replying to our mails. I can say much about what experience we had in the past 2 years with them.
I would like some to assist me with information on how I can lodge a complaint to telkom. I have called call center and nothing has been resolved. I had a 24 month contract with Telkom and I finished paying it around April and before it end a consultant called me to ask if I want it to continue and pay R149 for a 40 day and 40 night gig and I told them no I don't want it to continue they must cancel it. They did not cancel and it debited R149 month end, I reversed and cancel the debit order because I have no contract with them. Till today they still debiting and this is impacting my credit score and they handed my account to debt collectors and I have to debt collectors that I have no contract with telkom I don't understand why they claim that I owe them. I believe that their calls are recorded.
My car had a weird sound then i called DTM and i was advised to come with the car because they can not diagnose it without it being there. then i took my car to DTM on the 6th November 2023 till today my car is still there. Parts were ordered in France in January then few weeks when i ask them to organize a curtesy car i was told parts have arrived so they are assembling the car, that was on the 14 February2024 today is the 24th February 2024 still nothing. they don't communicate at all now this is my last resort then i will lodge a complain to ombudsman, i wrote a review on their website then am writing this here then i will take it to ombudsman. As per MIOSA this should take a month maximum but mine is on 4th month now. At this time i have no energy to explain everything but what i can advise you is to stay way from RENAULT. i have lodged a review before for my spare key that i have not received till today i don't have spare key because that old man Eric from Renault Stellenbosch. as long a i own this Renault vehicle i will collect all my experience because after i receive my car i will do my services at Renault Table view am not taking it to DTM anymore.
I have a car 3 years ago and i have been emailing Eric Swart who delivered a car to me about my spare key, i have sent him numerous emails and copied the advisor Cobus but noone reverts back instead that Eric is rude last time i called Renault he refused to answer the phone. yesterday i emailed him telling him i need my spare key cause i have locked my car keys inside the car and here is his reply' 'Good morning It wont help to come here on Thuesday for a sparekey,I don’t have your sparekey here,the best will be to get a locksmith to open your car,to get your key out of the car. Regards Eric'' This is just the beginning am taking this far, they can not take advantage of people and he is aware that am going to report this to ombudsman and i swear i will never give up even if i don't get my spare key but i will never rest not now maybe 30 years ago not in this time of social media and i have all emails written down i will spread them all over and we will see what will happen to the business after that. it might be something small but i will take it to another level and i don't get help here tomorrow am taking another day off to get help in dragging Renault to where it belong.
