What a horrible experience I received from TakeaLot regarding an order that I made on the 26th of November and was supposed to be delivered on the 8th of December but it's still not SHIPPED yet. No one from TakeaLot even bothered to call or email me to explain reason for the delay, instead I'm the one who had to make calls at my own time with my airtime and after numerous calls with different agents, Julia, Linda, Kim and Quinita to name a few that I've spoken to I'm not getting any honest response as to when will my order be delivered instead they are telling me that it is escalated. I'm extremely disappointed with TakeaLot and its staff members for not being able to handle my query, this has been a frustrating experience and so inconveniencing. I don't even know if I'll still get my order delivered because they have been so ***********
What a horrible, pathetic and unprofessional service I received from Hermosa/Heirmosa kids. I placed an order on the 25th of November and a second one on the 29th of November. I received the first order 2 weeks later and without any communication and heads up that courier is on the way. I received a call from the courier to say he's at my house while I was out running errands because I'm in the dark I have no idea as to when can I expect my order. I had to make a plan and ask the courier driver to deliver the parcel at another place. Then I sent them an email expressing my dissatisfaction, Rhulani responded and the way she was so casual with me you could tell that she doesn't care about my complaint and even when I asked her when should I expect my second delivery she said before end of this week, guess what? It's end of the week and I haven't received my order nor details about courier and when I should expect my delivery. I've never dealt with such an *********** and unprofessional company online their service is super horrible and if they don't deliver my parcel I'd rather cancel it, get my refund and stop doing business with them because clearly they don't know how to retain a customer. This is by far the worst company I've bought from online with such a horrible, pathetic and unprofessional service they don't know what customer service is. They took my emails lightly and for granted hence I've escalated my complaint here and if they fail to do the right thing I'm going to escalate this complaint further. I'm done dealing with *********** people!
My husband and I went to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary on Saturday and from the moment we arrived at the venue we were warmly welcomed, staff members were friendly and nice. We also made a special request for my dish which I didn't know we were supposed to request prior, however, they were able to accommodate me and meet my request and while we were in the sky the music, vibe and ambience was absolutely amazing not to mention that the host aka (DJ) LOL Mbongeni asked my husband and I which song we would like him to play for us and prior to playing it he sent well wishes and congratulatory message for our anniversary and everyone else in the table celebrated with us as if we knew each other and not only were they celebrating us but every other person who was celebrating a significant occasion on the day. They have certainly gained and retained us as customers, hubby and I will certainly go back again and again as they have created a long lasting first impression. Thank you to Sky Events staff members and especially Mbongeni and Virginia they sure know how to treat customers.
What a horrible service I received yesterday from the delivery lady Rethabile when she came to deliver my order at Maponya Mall, Soweto. I specified on my address which branch they should deliver at but girl decides that she will deliver at the outside branch just because it's convenient for her and her car telling me that her car is full and they break in cars at Maponya making her problem to be my problem. I told her straight that she is going to deliver at the right branch because I buy frequently from Takealot and she's the first person to tell me that nonsense and I even told her that I'm going to lodge a complaint because this is unacceptable. She then asked me where do I stay I refused to disclose and I told her that she's going deliver at the address I wrote on my order then she asked me what time am I knocking off so she can deliver at Pimville and come back to Maponya. Rethabile was not even apologetic when I told her how dissatisfied and unhappy I am with the way she treated me and I'm lodging this complaint to say her behavior and the way she treated me yesterday should STOP, if she collects orders at Takealot then she must deliver them where the customer indicated. She's not doing anyone favor she must be professional and do her job right. My order number for yesterday is #164002904. Another reason I'm complaining is because this is the second time this happens when I use my work address. My previous order #163124389 was also delivered at the outside address without my knowledge and consent, driver didn't contact me he just mentioned that it was signed by Thato (family) this behavior from Takealot drivers MUST STOP with immediate effect. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I'm going to continue using the same delivery address and I don't want to be dealing with this nonsense of a service ever again. Takealot should know how to deal with their drivers at the end of the day we pay for these orders they are not doing anyone a favor here
What a pathetic service I received from SARS Orlando East branch yesterday the 16th of September. We waited on the queue outside for 4 hours 30 minutes before getting inside the branch and when we got inside the branch the seats were literally empty and I was puzzled as to why were we made to stand on the queue outside when there were empty chairs and to top it off there are 16 counters but only less than 10 counters were operating and the rest were empty which is probably another reason the service was extremely slow and horrible. The waiting time to get assistance is horrible, regardless of whether or not it's filing season the service is very poor and there's no urgency from the staff, even when I was expressing my dissatisfaction to the security about this process and matter he took it lightly. I even mentioned to him that if I went to one of the SARS branches in the suburbs I would have received assistance quicker than Soweto and his response was I can't compare the branches and I said I can compare them because it's one company doing the same job rendering the same services. When I wanted to make a booking online to avoid walk-in and this kind of inconvenience I got a date that was too far and when I tried to file online the system had numerous errors. This service from SARS is unacceptable in all platforms, they can't keep up with the volumes and I'm extremely disappointed and angry for this poor service. All that the security was doing when he came outside was to count people on the queue, then call and priorities people who made appointments who are at the back of the queue, people who didn't even spend hours in the queue like the rest of us. I also spoke to the branch manager, who didn't have a name badge but the golf shirt he was wearing was embroided "branch manager", he did not have any remorse about the service delivery when I was expressing my dissatisfaction to him as well, he just said he's sorry he'll report the issue to the IT people and I also made him aware that I'm going to escalate this complaint further. I'm reporting SARS Orlando East, Soweto branch. This bad client service must come to an end, people must be treated fairly and equally and they must have sense of urgency and not drag their feet when serving clients. Furthermore, they must provide staff members with name badges so that we are able to know who's servicing us especially because I have a complaint about a manager who didn't have a name badge.
This review is for Akilah.k and Adam.H My husband and I had a complex query that happened in March or April 2022 and we were not even certain that it can be resolved. To cut the long story short, my husband and I decided to write to TakeaLot last week the13th of September to seek help with our query, Akilah responded to our email and she has been helping us with our query until we got the resolution of something my husband and I never thought would be possible. We just want to give this public review to thank Akilah for her patience, assistance and professionalism in handling our matter as she also went the extra mile in ensuring that we get the help that we need. Furthermore, we would also like to thank Adam as he finalised our query in a swift and professional manner too. My husband, Sibusiso and I are truly grateful for the assistance we received from both Akilah and Adam, they were certainly able to retain us as customers and we will certainly continue to do business with TakeaLot. Last month I settled my debt with Nimble Collections, requested a paid up letter on the 28th of May, I was told that it takes 14 days. Yesterday I called their department, spoke to Xoliswa who informed me that she doesn't understand why I waited so long to get a paid up letter and promised to do a follow up then give me a call before end of business yesterday if I haven't received my paid up letter via email as yet. She did not honor her promise and I told her I'm going to hold her accountable for that. The service I received from Nimble Collection is pathetic for the fact that they are quick to give you thousand calls, emails and smses when you owe them but when you request a paid up letter it's mission impossible with false promises. I'm tired of their empty promises, maybe lodging this complaint will get them to give me my paid up letter.
