We have sent a total of 34 emails back and forth as well as 2 phone calls since 18 November 2025 and still ongoing now end of Feb 2026 where I am trying to get them to enable low balance app notifications but disable daily notifications. Every time they say it is done and then they disabled ALL notifications or I get a notification EVERY DAY telling me what my balance is. How is it so difficult to send me a notification when my wallet balance is low AND NOT ONE EVERY SINGLE DAY?? It says in the welcome email that we will get a notification once our wallet drops below R200 but is that reality? No. I am getting frustrated by either getting power cut off due to no low balance notification, or getting a notification every day saying "You have R1700 left in your wallet" and then the next day "You have R1650 left in your wallet" and so forth.
I shipped a package from PTA to CPT early morning Tuesday as it needed to be delivered by the weekend and a week is enough time since they claim 1 to 4 business days delivery. Their locker did not register that the package was deposited until the Wednesday EVENING. The courier picked up the package on THURSDAY MORNING. Their support staff says that it will now be delivered next week Tuesday or Wednesday the latest. When I told them they should change it to Courier Guy's overnight delivery so that it will arrive by the weekend, they just started ignoring me. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU and the proof is in Hello Peter since they do not even bother to respond to ratings on HP like other businesses do. PUDO: Get your support staff trained not to ignore customer complaints and try to care a little bit more about your customers please. You could have very easily given the package to the overnight delivery team and the problem would have been sorted. But your "not my problem" attitude does not fly well.
Donford fixed my Audi's bumper so that it basically looks factory new. Really great service! There was even a small issue with a light a few days later and they fixed it while I was waiting at their office. Would definitely recommend them.
They promoted a Black Friday special in November but I was only able to get my line in December. I phoned Balwin Fibre head office directly and asked them if I APPLY in November during the Black Friday special but my ISP only REQUESTS the line in December does that mean I can still get the special - they said yes. As long as my ISP shows that I applied during the special in November I can get the special in December. We are now in December and Balwin Fibre has changed their minds. Now I need to pay full price for the service. Bunch of liars. They should just have said that I cannot get the special if the request from the ISP comes through in December. FIY the special was R150p/m LESS for DOUBLE speed so it was a great offer. Just unfortunate that they make false promises
Bought an Audi TT from Keanu and Herme in Pretoria. They shipped the car to me in Cape Town with no issues. In fact - I thought I bought a second hand car, but the car that arrived was definitely in the same condition as a brand new car.
